Can I use small fractions of the sound in some of your videos of bells for a short film totally unrelated to bells and only to be showed to the selection committee of the filmschool of my dreams? Please, I need your permission for this, or else I won't be able to find proper sound effects on the Internet anywhere.
If you don't worry then Yes! If you are a worrier then: If you add a small effect over it that should be sufficient to say it's different, and since the uploader has not been able to reply to you yet because you have edited the sound it should be ok because you have changed it and make it yours... Otherwise, just sample it and hopefully the uploader likes what you've done 😂
