I have vrishchik lagna and mangal in 10th.. even now , I lift half a ton a day and physically ok...although mangal is with shani and budh in lagna .. so this parivartan yog leads me to depression and bouts of illness from time to time.. but I still work 18 hours a day at 70 years

I'm Virgo ascendant my Lagna Lord is in 10th house with Saturn, so i do work a lot but also get more tired compared to other or I personally feel my energy levels are less, may be bcoz sun is placed with ketu in 9th house and Mars in 11th house in cancer debilitated. One more thing may be bcoz Mars is debilitated I suffer from anemia since many years may be childhood as Mars is significant of blood, so now forty plus suffering from deficiency related problems.
