Thank you for zooming in and holding the camera, at information signs like the entrance to the homestead. It lets us pause the video and read the history, which helps add context and meaning to the entire video. I've seen you do this in a couple videos and I really appreciate it.
I was stuck on the side of the road for 6 daze in Mataranka town with my mate, hitch-hiking... in 1980. (From Perth via Darwin heading to Sydney via Brisbane over 6 months) We didn't know about the hot springs. lol We could've used them.

Great vid! We visited Mataranka 2017, stayed in the National Park and hiked to the falls, they were small but great. Bitter Springs is amazing - We missed the memo also re the noodles... Had to return, much better with noodles
Just curious mate, when were you in Mataranka? I was there mid December on an RDO (Perthy working outta Katherine) and it was empty. No one at either spring. Same with Katherine springs and Edith Falls. Was a bit sketch swimming by myself but definitely recommended spot if you are in the area.
Loved it. Haven't seen that area since about 2001. Would have thought Katherine was worth a bit of a Look too. The gorge is pretty speccy. Did you get any footage of that?
