The Traumas were pretty harsh to look at as well. Not as bad as Laura though IMO. I still remember her crawling full speed toward me with all her legs/arms
Wild ! Oh mah gad that spider girl was unsettling!! But she was really buggy though... That kinda took away some charm but she still was creepy as hell
Spider-Bitch, Spider-Bitch Does whatever a Spider-Bitch does. She cannot spin a web, But she will smash in your head. Look out, she is the Spider-Bitch.
If someone is lower than 18 years old and is a gamer what are 10 things that you mostly HATE? 1. My parents will never buy me a game, or at least expensive ones 2. Annoying people screaming at me at CS:GO telling me to leave but they don't realize that I am not dead and they are. 3. Annoying teachers who just hate the Internet and talk about games and social networking sites being bad. 4. When my parents walk into the room and I am playing GTA V By the book mission. 5. My parents see that someone got Addicted to League of Legends and they just think it's like an alcohol. 6. When my parents call me to go to the other room and I am playing online game and whatever I say they will respond "They will be waiting for you"
The botchling in Witcher 3 was rather creepy, but strangely I was more unsettled by a werewolf that you could speak to. He sounded like he was trying to break free from himself constantly.
I was more freaked out by the woodland thing you run into at an abandoned sawmill in Skillage. Was looking for clues thinking there'll be bandits or something and that damned thing shows up.
What about that first splicer you come across in Bioshock? I still remember that "I'll wrap you in a sheet" line. Although the screwed up rabbit masks were also super disturbing....
Casey Butler Sanders Cohen from the first game (I think he was in Burial at Sea as well) was a fucking creep, his level with the masked enemies was creepy as hell
The Boys of Silence and the lunatics they brought were creepy as all fuck. Probably even creepier than Sander Cohen or the plastic surgeon from the original game
on alien isolation, I was stuck in a locker for half an hour with the alien standing outside the locker looking in and walking past not leaving the room (i was playing on the hardest difficulty)
alien, from alien isolation, would have to be my favorite :) it's probably more from being a huge fan of the first 2 alien films :) that game was amazing. I loved and hated it at the same time
Holy shit you're right! Some friends even sent me pic's from a Giger bar in Switzerland a month ago... how the hell I managed to always think he was Swedish is a mystery but thank you for correcting my ignorance with speed.
Teh, you know what makes Resident Evil 7 even scarier? When you're playing in VR hiding from Mr. Baker, and your real name is Ethan so you just hear him calling out for you by name. Makes things so much more personal. "Ethan! Ethan! I'm gonna find you Ethan!" -Smashes thru wall in front of you-
"Subscribe to my channel" "Free gifts" "Racist joke that actually isn't a joke but the person is actually racist" "Politics" SERIOUSLY SOMEBODY PLEASE CLEAN THIS SHIT!
Han YO1O the tall one comes to mind from the first game, where it’s head and arms and entire body really just fall apart when you shoot it and they all try to kill you The cutscene for getting killed by the head is disgusting
Those fucking aliens from Majora's Mask, their appearance terrifies me for some reason, the music that plays when you're trying to save the ranch from their invasion is so different from every other track in the game, it's chilling and sounds manufactured. Then, there are the implied consequences of failing the quest, after you fail you see Romani just sitting on a box, with a broken, emotionless expression on her face, and it's on the final day as well.
Mars (Sorry for being 8 months late lol) Ikr?! I failed that 3 times, so I had to play through it 4 times. The motion controls made everything creepier, not to mention the dog barking all the time ._.
1:19 It's pretty funny in hindsight when I was playing FEAR. I got scared when a little girl started appearing whereas when trained soldiers appeared, I was like 'Oh good, no scary stuff for a while'.
P Jn One of those things cornered me so I ran at it. As it took a swipe Jill slid underneath it's arm and past it. When I got up to run it turned and, I shit you not, LAUGHED at me. Like it thought my fear was funny. *shudder*
What's even creepier about the Amnesia gatherers is their backstory. "This story reaches all the way back to the time of the Thirty Years' War. It is said that soldiers who abandoned their duty got lost in the cold, dark woods and were forever damned to roam the grounds. Their bodies wrought by their tainted souls have left them disfigured and empty of essence. Many have sighted them over the years and describe them as horrid revenants. They move silently through the woods, shying away from any beholder. They are called Gatherers as they seem to follow some ambition to steal living creatures. It is their prey which can be heard struggling inside damp burlap sacks dragged behind them which reveal their presence. What dark scheme do they follow?"
Fantastic list, Falcon! Glad to see popular characters such as PyramidHead making the cut, as well as the more uncommon Pigsy from Manhunt! I always thought that the enemies from The Suffering, especially the blade-limbed "Slayers" were always nightmarish. Just how they clinked around on the tips of their blades, they way they'd scattle up the wall and attack from the ceiling. -shudder- So good!
I find Laura from Evil Within quite unsettling. The way she crawls and screams is damn unsettling and gives me the creeps. And the Ubermorph from Dead Space is also very unsettling. They should be there in the part 2. Great Video by the way.
Good list, Definitely agree with the top 2! Although as a Silent Hill fan I REALLY wish that Pyramid Head had just been left in SH2 where he belonged, instead of later becoming the "repetitious mascot" for the series once it began its decline after SH4...
I still LOVE the Xenomorph design in ALIEN ISOLATION, not just because it represents the Xenomorph from ALIEN(the first film) but because if you look closely, you'l see a Xenomorph skull inside its dome-like head, they really did a lot of effort to make ALIEN ISOLATION"s Xenomorph look like the original one and did an amazing job :)
Speaking of Bloodborne, those mutant fly things around Byrgenwerth really scare the shit out of me, to be honest. Also, the Sages inside the Chalice Dungeons. Freaky.
Good video, but i got to wonder if you dudes have played dead space 2. That almost unkillable thing that stalks you from room to room is worth pausing the game once or twice.
Dude, the woman from PT. The way her head twitches and she doesn't chase you or scream at you, she just randomly appears and floats still. The twitching freaks me out so much. It's that uncanny valley effect, except she's at the bottom of a 10km hole at the lowest part of the valley.
The Gatherers from Amnesia literally gave me a nightmare when I first played that game, and yeah it pretty much all comes down to that. Goddamn. MOUTH. And... and.. the eyes - they're like, bulging, AND sideways, and off-center...
Broodmother from Dragon Age: Origins. It's almost fascinating how she/it was a dwarf before it became what it is, "she tore off her husbands face and drank his blood." That's a creepy picture.
I think some of the biggest points of unsettlement in games like alien isolation and resident evil 7 are the parts where you are watching yourself get stabbed and mutilated and things like that and the fact that it's in first person just makes it that more immersive and creepy
you know what really creeped me out? going to the glowing sea for first time in fallout 4. how the whole atmosphere changes. the feeling of everything trying to kill you, even the air itself. I smoked a huge bowl before it so that probably helped the immersion
I found Flowey from undertale to be one of the most unsettling characters ever. 1) he is cute looking flower 2) his polite and seems welcoming. 3) HE WILL KILL YOU WITH A GRIN ON HIS FACE! Honestly first time I played undertale that character truly got under my skin.
Now, I wouldn't consider him to be the most unsettling and I feel that many would probably disagree with me but personally, I found Walter Sullivan from Silent Hill 4: The Room to be pretty unsettling. The way he kind of lacks emotion in his eyes and wears this small smile makes my skin crawl. His voice is so low and relatively calm too, and that awful laugh he does before he starts shooting you. Man, he freaked me out the first time I played. (Not to mention Lisa from the P.T. demo)
okay you dont have to loop music for 9 minutes
I liked Vass very much. Even From the beginning. He was the perfect Psycho Commander.
I do love Vass but I think he’s very overrated
Have I ever told you the definition of insanity?
@@Sam_Stewart no.
1. Anybody you talk to in Oblivion
roman ablo all the nords had melon heads and we're either huge dickheads or insanely friendly
I just like "yo why the fuck you so close"
Oblivion hits the uncanny valley so hard, how could the developers not see that? :'D
roman ablo Glarthir is f*cking scary when he pops out of nowhere, telling you to meet him behind the great chapel at midnight.
***** You know you have too much time on your hands when you find out you can make the Adoring Fan "accidentally" jump off High Rock
Mother from Dying Light.
never knew if she was gonna get mad and attack you or just WHEN.
Krptic Unknown Awewww.....that mission.... ): I just read of mice and men and then you remind me of that?
I remember that one sad butt funny.
yo your beats stay melting my house chief

Gaunter O'dim from Witcher 3 is the most unsettling character I've ever seen.
RookieN08 ah yes. The Man of Glass
I dont know I like him 😂
He's...haunting. Really. A really well-finished and crafted antagonist.
I like him, bit he does unnerve me a little bit from time to time.
Where is Hagrid from the Harry Potter PS1 game?
I just searched it up just to see and... omg XD
I think you mean the PS1 game... That is one hell of scary beast!
andvas1994 is it in ps1 I thought it was on ps2 my bad
They were on both but Hagrid on Ps1 was basically a series of Polygons with a beard stuck to it
This is hilarious
The groom from outlast whistleblower?
The crones from Witcher 3 are perhaps one of the most unsettling characters which I have seen...like ever.
Redemption Sauce Surely you men the sexiest? Damn that basket is a turn on.
+Salad Dodger Loooooooool
Redemption Sauce Gaunter O'dimm
I can't believe he missed it, they are the creepiest
surprised they didn't add any bosses from the Soul series or Bloodborne
The Keeper from The Evil Within is pretty damn unsettling
notunlikethewaves Yes!! Finally someone says it. Dude that guy was really creepy!!
The Traumas were pretty harsh to look at as well. Not as bad as Laura though IMO. I still remember her crawling full speed toward me with all her legs/arms
Both scary but at least the keeper had a purpose to punish he also took out rogue variables like Sebastian and his team
Dude i loved the dlc where u play as him. Fun as hell
Yes I think every single f*cking creature on this game is unsetting
It's 1 am here... Thanks, gameranx.
Sunix Y 2:30 for me.
i didnt want to sleep anyway
well.... i'm not going to sleep with my back turned 2night
Here's a suggestion... THAT SPIDER BITCH FROM EVIL WITHIN D8
God,Lara scared the shit out of me the first time I face her and how she died make it more unsettling and sad at the same time.
Wild ! Oh mah gad that spider girl was unsettling!! But she was really buggy though... That kinda took away some charm but she still was creepy as hell
Wild ! Also u when im leveling up my warframe u stalkerzz
what the fuck is d8
Spider-Bitch, Spider-Bitch
Does whatever a Spider-Bitch does.
She cannot spin a web,
But she will smash in your head.
Look out, she is the Spider-Bitch.

6. When my parents call me to go to the other room and I am playing online game and whatever I say they will respond "They will be waiting for you"
What happens in the 'By the Book' mission?
Just Commenting I agree with 1 and 3. good list.
roman ablo I might be thinking about the wrong mission. But I'm pretty sure you torture someone.
By the book: You have to torture a dude. I just find that mission unsettling.
I felt so sorry for the guy in by the book.
It's strange u didn't include (Chris Walker) from Outlast game
Or anyone from Outlast.
like that guy from the whistleblower dlc ._. gives me the shivers everytime someone mentions him *shivers*
Walrider.
YES! THAT GUY WHO WANTS TO CUT OFF YOUR JUNK AND MARRY YOU! I COULDNT SLEEP!
Stevenwxyz Games You mean Eddie "The Groom" Gluskin? 😂
The botchling in Witcher 3 was rather creepy, but strangely I was more unsettled by a werewolf that you could speak to. He sounded like he was trying to break free from himself constantly.
What about that dead guy that Yennefer kinda brught back from the dead those cutscenes fucked me, Its just that voice
I was more freaked out by the woodland thing you run into at an abandoned sawmill in Skillage. Was looking for clues thinking there'll be bandits or something and that damned thing shows up.
cause he was, he couldn't eat and he couldn't die. but the most disturbing has to be the witches, disgusting creatures
Gaunter O'Dimm was pretty unsettling to me.
Morkvarg
this is going to be an awesome series. I can't wait for more.
What is terrifying is Arkham Knights release on pc
I see what you did there...
Dark Starith Ye?
So is no man's sky.
Novaa Rofl
Novaa Have they fixed it yet?
Morkvarg from The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is super unsettling. Mostly from the way he speaks.
The priest dude from outlast. He's just so creepy. To be honest, any of the characters from outlast are extremely disturbing.
I'm surprised falcon didn't even mention outlast, we could literally make a top 10 of them
No Outlast?Damn, the fact they even mentioned pigssy and not Eddy Gluskin.
Senua from Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. One of the rare times where the character you play as is the scariest thing in the game.
Dark Souls meets ASMR
Alot of the necromorphs from dead space are pretty spooky
God Of Potato yes AND THOSE DAMN TWITCHERS
God Of Potato the guardians... that noise they make as you dismember them!
oh hey meme town I agree
Jeff That creature that was on the walls and cried in agony was creepy
MrGhost370 everything you just named are necromorphs
What about that first splicer you come across in Bioshock? I still remember that "I'll wrap you in a sheet" line. Although the screwed up rabbit masks were also super disturbing....
I still have not beaten Alien:Isolation
Im on easy mode
Uriah Bates
Holy shit never thought that
Wont be much of a wall though lets build a dome around the station
Donald Trump nuke it, please.
+Donald Trump illegal aliens. They sure are bad hombres. Btw trump keep it up!
Donald Trump too occupied building a wall huh?
Donald Trump u should deport them
Ok..... the best video to watch before going to sleep....... and I watched that video before going to bed....... I am rest in pepsi
The Boys of Silence from Bioshock Infinite are unsettling as hell.
and the big daddies in the first game
Especially that moment when you turn around and one is RIGHT THERE!
I'm shocked the outlast guard wasn't on here
Or the doctor
Or the DLC guy.
on alien isolation, I was stuck in a locker for half an hour with the alien standing outside the locker looking in and walking past not leaving the room (i was playing on the hardest difficulty)
alien, from alien isolation, would have to be my favorite :) it's probably more from being a huge fan of the first 2 alien films :) that game was amazing. I loved and hated it at the same time
The Alien was created by H.R. Giger and SHODAN was definetely inspired by him. Let's appreciate what a genius he was in creating grotesque things.
RIP Giger you crazy Swedish meatball genius screwball...
Holy shit you're right! Some friends even sent me pic's from a Giger bar in Switzerland a month ago... how the hell I managed to always think he was Swedish is a mystery but thank you for correcting my ignorance with speed.
Maybe you got them mixed because you're a spanish speaker?
Ya seen Scorn? Looks HEAVILY inspired by Giger, very interested in playing that one
Teh, you know what makes Resident Evil 7 even scarier? When you're playing in VR hiding from Mr. Baker, and your real name is Ethan so you just hear him calling out for you by name. Makes things so much more personal.
"Ethan! Ethan! I'm gonna find you Ethan!"
-Smashes thru wall in front of you-
I'm suprised the Master from Fallout 1 didn't make the list.
definitely vaas, he is such a warped human being, like, JEEZ, the part where he talks about the definition of insanity.....man

so true lol
OMNIGUL from Destiny, that screech just sends shivers down your spine....
some of the enemies from dead space are extremely unsettling.
Han YO1O the tall one comes to mind from the first game, where it’s head and arms and entire body really just fall apart when you shoot it and they all try to kill you
The cutscene for getting killed by the head is disgusting
I really don't like the twitchy fast running guys near the end of dead space 1 ...ughh
Agreed 101%
7:30 the pyramid head represents the pillow he used to kill his dying wife. it's the main characters internal self hatred and guilt
why am I watching this at night
Alex.Wentworth22 Same.
I see you everywhere.
Alex.Wentworth22 I'm asking myself the same rhing
Sage Young You sure it's not a different person with the same prof pic, because a lot of people are wandering around with this pic
Sage Young PewDiePie told us to have them
Do you guys remember voice of Master from fallout?
Yes, that was a bit unsettling and scared the shit out of me as a kid
why isn't mei from overwatch on this list?
magicalpancake64 Because it's scarier to turn a corner and see a Reinhardt charging toward you.
magicalpancake64 Well well, look at the time:ITS HIGH NOOOOOOOOOOOOON
magicalpancake64 cuz overwatch is a garbage game
toughluck8012 did I ask for your opinion?
magicalpancake64 sheeeeeeesh
5:43 when your friend walks in in the middle of a cutsecne and starts talking.
Why the fuck would i watch this at night.... I'm dumb
Would love to see more horror themed videos by u guys, especially upcoming horrors! These are definitely my favorites!!
Mars (Sorry for being 8 months late lol)
Ikr?! I failed that 3 times, so I had to play through it 4 times. The motion controls made everything creepier, not to mention the dog barking all the time ._.
F.E.A.R 1 & 2 amazing!! Aluma one of the most intensely interesting characters. I am hoping they continue with the series.
Hey Falcon!!
Hey dude
Hey! Me too ;-;
gameranx I love your videos. Is it possible for you guys to do a Best PS4 Games Under $30??
FrighteningSpoon Hi spoon
Falcon is my favorite one!
1:19 It's pretty funny in hindsight when I was playing FEAR. I got scared when a little girl started appearing whereas when trained soldiers appeared, I was like 'Oh good, no scary stuff for a while'.
The things that creeped me out, were the big fat, big pieces of explosive bubbled clickers from the Last of Us...
oh bloaters, fuckin hated them
and they way the killed you too
I am late but... nail bomb?
I love your lists. They're so well thought out and made. I'm a fan of you guys :)
What about them Crimson Heads from Resident Evil Remake? They scared the living shit out of me the first time I walked over those zombies corpses!
Winter lanterns from bloodborne... your welcome
When u hear them singing just nope out of there
The clickers from the last of us. Their clicks. You can feel their despair. Their pain. They are the definition of unsettling.
Just watched this in bed. Those Gatherers... nnngggyhhh. I think I'll go watch a puppies and kittens compilation before trying to go to sleep
Thanks for bringing back the childhood nightmares Falcon!!
Please do: 10 Most STUPID Characters In Video Games
Basically every character?
Fantastic list, Falcon! Glad to see popular characters such as PyramidHead making the cut, as well as the more uncommon Pigsy from Manhunt!
I always thought that the enemies from The Suffering, especially the blade-limbed "Slayers" were always nightmarish. Just how they clinked around on the tips of their blades, they way they'd scattle up the wall and attack from the ceiling. -shudder- So good!
the freak from Time Splitters Future Perfect scared the shit out of me when I was a kid
Pyramid head hands down. Immortal and the sound of that damn blade dragging behind him. Sounds like you can never get far enough away.
Where is Trevor
🤣🤣🤣
Right lol
I find Laura from Evil Within quite unsettling. The way she crawls and screams is damn unsettling and gives me the creeps. And the Ubermorph from Dead Space is also very unsettling. They should be there in the part 2. Great Video by the way.
Mr x aka tyrant from re2 2019 and also shout out to deathclaws in fallout 4.
Good list, Definitely agree with the top 2! Although as a Silent Hill fan I REALLY wish that Pyramid Head had just been left in SH2 where he belonged, instead of later becoming the "repetitious mascot" for the series once it began its decline after SH4...
The Mother or just any Broodmother from Dragon Age Origins are pretty damn creepy.
I love the xenomorphs, they should of been number 1.
“Billy” from the SCP foundation? Most SCP’s in that game are at least creepy.
Dude! Falcon and Jake should just talk about a game for half an hour! They are both really interesting and make up for such a good host
Winter lanterns from bloodborne
hate those fuckers.
skat26onPSN That Dark Beast boss who uses electricity kinda fucked me up
Speaking of Bloodborne, those mutant fly things around Byrgenwerth really scare the shit out of me, to be honest. Also, the Sages inside the Chalice Dungeons. Freaky.
Great vídeo! keep it going for me the most unsetting creature is the hairy Monster on The Evil Within and the Chainsaw freaks on Resident Evil4.
"He eventually goes into yell- mode" XD
I agree with your number 1, but I definitely think Asphyxia from Silent Hill: Homecoming should be on this list
Pyramidhead is still the boss :| holy shit what does he want.... :|
Amnesia was terrifying lol. I agree with this list. Good video guys.
Any of the characters from Outlast should've been on the list
You forgot Professor Pyg from Arkham Knight. What he did to those people was downright creepy, and dont get me started on those audio tapes "shudders"
Played the game a few days back. Couldn't agree more..
@@ArghyadeepPal I know right you remember when the Dollotrons where in GCPD they're status read terrified
It's not really a scary one so much as disturbing, but Vladimir makorav from mw2 and mw3. Especially from the cutscenes in no Russian.
The Gatherers from Amnesia literally gave me a nightmare when I first played that game, and yeah it pretty much all comes down to that. Goddamn. MOUTH. And... and.. the eyes - they're like, bulging, AND sideways, and off-center...
I'm a coward, it's late at night. I should not be watching this
7:13 I think it's very clear what pyramids thoughts and feelings are the very first time you see him in Sh 2.
what about that freaky monster undead baby near the beginning of witcher 3?
Azhrei2000 the batons child?
*baron
ya lol
Azhrei2000 Or that weird fucking monster that only said “Uma uma umahhhh”
Uma as in kiss kiss kissing? well that's a strange translation
those random Alma pop-ups you did honestly made me laugh, especially how overused they were XD.
So help me if Necromorphs aren't on the list...
Broodmother from Dragon Age: Origins. It's almost fascinating how she/it was a dwarf before it became what it is, "she tore off her husbands face and drank his blood." That's a creepy picture.
I think you forgot Chris Walker from Outlast
yeah exactly
I think some of the biggest points of unsettlement in games like alien isolation and resident evil 7 are the parts where you are watching yourself get stabbed and mutilated and things like that and the fact that it's in first person just makes it that more immersive and creepy
1. Xenomorph
2. Nothing
3. Nothing
4. More nothing
5. Even more fucking nothing
6. The rest
you know what really creeped me out? going to the glowing sea for first time in fallout 4. how the whole atmosphere changes. the feeling of everything trying to kill you, even the air itself. I smoked a huge bowl before it so that probably helped the immersion
Like if that snake animation scared you.
best channel out rn
worst thing by far in any game ever is the botchling from The Witcher 3
I'd definitely say the Regenerators from Resident Evil 4. Just the noise they made alone spooked the crap out of me when I was a kid.
The witch from left for dead
That's what I was going to say
Ok, nice video, this was kinda scarry, but where is The Dahaka ? xD
I expected Ludwig from Bloodborne
Hi gameranx, I wonder if you can do a video about some top rpgs that has good food usage or cooking system.
0:34 idk why that was so funny i guess cuz im high
I found Flowey from undertale to be one of the most unsettling characters ever.
1) he is cute looking flower
2) his polite and seems welcoming.
3) HE WILL KILL YOU WITH A GRIN ON HIS FACE!
Honestly first time I played undertale that character truly got under my skin.
is it a bird is it a plane no its you
Now, I wouldn't consider him to be the most unsettling and I feel that many would probably disagree with me but personally, I found Walter Sullivan from Silent Hill 4: The Room to be pretty unsettling. The way he kind of lacks emotion in his eyes and wears this small smile makes my skin crawl. His voice is so low and relatively calm too, and that awful laugh he does before he starts shooting you. Man, he freaked me out the first time I played.
(Not to mention Lisa from the P.T. demo)
