Great job using up the things you needed to use up. You always have such a good handle on your inventory! I cleaned out and defrosted my freezer in January and put all of the oldest meat I needed to use up in one box. I have gotten new meat since then and it is so hard to keep it organized to make sure I am using the oldest first. I just took inventory but I think I need to rearrange luckily I only have a few packages left of chicken on my use up list that didn’t make the February menu plan. Ready to move forward with march!
Nice! Inventory and rotating through a deep freezer is always a challenge! I like your idea of putting things you need to work through in one area. I’ll have to try that next time I inventory!
Thanks! I got them from IKEA 5 years ago. They were part of their summer line at the time. But I know IKEA has similar jars without the yellow on them all the time!
