The moment people saw pics of this unit when it was first revealed everyone including myself loved it! Although it’s similar to 1836 (RF&P), either way 1834 is a fantastic job well done CSX!
Nice job on this unit CSX I was originally born and raised in Augusta my uncle Join y'all when y'all first merged and served on the Georgia Railroad a good amount during his career with y'all I'm happy to see a little bit of Georgia railroad history still roll on cheers csx.
I just saw Georgia Railroad 1026 yesterday, and I must say that you all did a wonderful job on this. It has that same nice shade of dark blue and light gray.
Awesome! From Augusta, GA here. This will be awesome to see on the Georgia Road and even in Augusta even if it doesn’t run the original Georgia Railroad.
I just seen this unit coming from Social Circle heading into Atlanta, I followed it from Conyers to Decatur
Awesome & beautiful Heritage Unit. Thanks guys .
Nothing But Love & Respect for You Guys!!!!❤

I seen this while driving on 82 towards Brunswick on June 27th, absolutely beautiful. Must've been the first ride out of the paint ship

All the current locomotives look great. Can't wait for more of the Conrail companies to come out, especially Pennsylvania Railroad.
Stunning. Absolutely stunning.

Hello CSX I wanted to ask something about an pan am train heritage unit for the next one of heritage units with a Nathan K5HL horn for it
Will get to see this thru Voorheesville,NY hopefully in 2024.
Caught this yesterday
And today
Nice
Good painting!
home road keep doing good y'all
Lionel right now: “WRITE THAT DOWN! WRITE THAT DOWN!”
Sexy engine.... I love to hear that train horn on the 1st of the month... retired .....
How nice!
Beautiful!
Yay new heritage unit🙂
Really sweet. We're seeing a lot of paint jobs most of us have never seen in real life.
When you gonna use an EMD for a heritage unit??
They aren't
@@MystiCmeshtool Yeah I kind of have the same belief. Would like to see it though
I seen this locomotive in Covington, GA ... 8/28/2024
I’m hearing rumors that the next heritage unit might be a YN2 scheme on a Gevo csx
hopefully it’s the AC6000 Version of the YN2 if that happens. That would be pretty cool
@@ChessieSystemFan yeah I can agree, that would be cool
Hats off to those GE boyz as well. UE 506ers are all tired now or going in the dirt but they built a real nice Georgia peach so enjoy! 🎉😢😊
This is great
Awesome
Maybe A SAL unit? It will take a lot of time to paint the random GEVO.
Better not complain about it because they did a lot of work to paint this unit!
@@Random_Train_Idiot_DudeThe only thing wrong about the unit is the walkway side color is yellow, but 9/10 unit. I hope for a SAL unit
Way to go
She's very beautiful great job...I hope CSX does the Boston & Albany next.
They’re doing Chicago And Eastern Illinois, And Then Seaboard Air Lines from what I’m told.
@@COandOH6675 that's exciting how many heritage units they're gonna have total?
@@COandOH6675 3060 has been restencilled to become 1877 and 3065 has been restencilled to become 1900.
Their probably wont be a Boston and Albany since they never had deasil loco's. But I hear there will be a Boston and Maine one though
Next heritage unit
W for this one
Need Railway correct herald . Georgia Railroad placement.
I would not call this a heritage unit. I would call this Georgia Railroad’s Only remaining unit
Galvatron
Nobody cares
This looks beautiful and awesome!!! you guys are still killing these heritage units, keep up the great work CSX!!
