The biggest spiders, deadliest snakes, predators at every turn. lol I’m good right here in the swamp w the gators, wild boars, & gulf ball-sized mosquitos!

I just made these today, following everything else in your formula. Except I thickend the extra strength vinegar with x gum. It was very straight forward.. except I'm not the best at shrink wrapping though. But O used a bot of twine to put a bow on the top of bag. They look cute. Cant wait till tomorrow to try them. I used a fragrance combo of Violet & Rose. Thanks so much for this formula. ❤

Any thickener really (guar gum, x gum, bubble wash, gelatin, etc) just as long as it doesnt make everything else react… however, it’d still work if it did make other stuff react. Dont get hung up on this tiny detail. U can still make it, it just may not be as pretty

I wonder if you left the vinegar out and kept the ingredients in an air tight container, dissolved a bit into a spray bottle with water, sprayed shower with it then sprayed the vinegar over the top.so it reacts and clean the shower, might walk into a shower full of bubble. Maybe worth a try lol and the tiles on the floor, especially around the toilet 😲💥. love your teachings Donna
I loved how these brighted the toilet, even though mine were very powdery. I'm curious if they are safe for a stainless steel sink or bathtub? I spilt some on the tile floor and it cleaned those nicely, ha ha.

I have the 20 Mule Team Borax from Amazon, and it says it is Sodium Tetraborate, is that the same as Boric acid, or just a workable substitute? This was kinda spectacular. I love the ingredient purpose breakdowns and the attention to detail in the recipe combining process and the reasons behind the steps. One thing I find mildly shocking for this recipe from you was the lack of colorants. Why no traditional toilet bowl blue? I'm actually not in favor of blue toilers, but I may try some high sparkle mica just for some toilet cleaning joy because, why not make a tedious task more enjoyable?
lol. Believe me, I contemplated the idea of adding crazy colors… but the goal is to clean, not to entertain. As I’m saying that I’m depressed… I should’ve added mica & powder colorant! That’s just happiness in a toilet bowl!
I had them in my cabinet! lol they’re also linked in description. I have a septic tank too (only street in entire parish that has no access to parish line). It sucks. It should be fine tho.
Well...I was thrilled until I tried to thicken the vinegar,Castile mixture with the crothix. After adding the mixture to the baking soda and adding the other ingredients it was too dry. I made another batch of crothix and added to the ingredients. It was still too dry to hold together. So I put everything in flat square molds. I will wait 24 HR and see what happens . I can always soon it unto the toilet.
As always, Dora, this is a winner. How do you know the foam isn't going to expand outside the bowl? I'm afraid I would make this, and the foam would ooze out of the toilet, ala an I Love Lucy episode!
lol it won’t expand beyond the bowl… but if it does, perfect! That way the top gets all that powerful cleaning foam settling in.. really gets the grime

How many days self life of the product
Can I use xanthan gum instead of Crothix? I don't have it :(
The only ingredients i have are soap, borax, citric acid, baking soda and vinegar. Can I use corn starch to thicken the vinegar?
I know that we have to be careful with to many fumes coming off of baking soda vinegar mixes. Do we need to worry about the fumes off of this?
