I have to be honest, I still don’t see the greatness of Paul’s ability. Yes, he can always see the next card, but it’s not like he has many abilities to do something with this? I never had the feeling the knowledge of the next card helped me in any way…

I absolutely LOVE these videos, my partner and I found them super helpful when picking up this game. Although I cant overlook calling a pentagon a hexagon, but your videos are great so you get a pass lol
Great video. Checked out the first half having just played my first game of Dune Imperium, where I played as Paul. I played him as a war monger and it didn’t end well, your tips are really interesting. All the best.

The description of Shifting Allegiances at 13:30 does not match how the creator described its use. There is no prohibition against going up two influence with the same faction that you deducted from.
What music did you use for the intro? It seems to fit well with the Dune vibe. Paul has always been my favorite in Dune, but there are so many other great characters as well. Glad to see many of them are in the game.

It’s super simple, but it definitely seems to award those who can plan for what’s going, which surprisingly sounds fun to me. I’m excited to try these two characters!

Mainly, I’ve played as Paul since it’s the introductory character. Thanks to your tips, I redeemed my last loss with resounding win by four points in the 8th round. I appreciate your clear tips and explanations as to why the recommended actions are important. Makes all the difference

time to update to Rise of Ix. Would likely thumbs up if you had done that. ROI is too significant an update to not have a major effect on strategy, and no one I know who plays the game does not play it with ROI.
