Hahahaha. That's a very good question mate. 😁 My board are some Greek guys for sure. For the actual objectives is to promote straight to Bundesliga which i failed in my first season, so it's this season or i get fired. From the rest objectives that get me confused are, sign a crucial young player, promote 2 youths develop them 10 points and play 5 matches. And the most crazy, sell some kits (sounds okish) and im the same time reduce the rosted wages cost by some significant amount of % and in the same time raise the club value by 110% 😜😂. I mean wtf? How can i reduce salaries by increase the club value without being Copperfield? ,😜
@@slamsoze Oh man, that looks like a tough one.. Have they actually let you know that you might get fired if you don't achieve promotion?? It sounds ruthless, like PES 2019 "challenge" ML mode! Ok now that objective doesn't make much sense!! They want you to REDUCE wages, yet promote the team?? hahahahah.. That is a bit illogical, ok, you either concentrate on finances or success! xD I noticed that the FIFA boards a bit cheap, bro!! For example, after saving Super Depor from promotion and leading them to EXCEED all expectations in FIFA 15, you know what the board rewarded me with? Like..... 10 million Euros or something?? Hahahahahah xD
@@millossobek1027 i have the job security in red number, below 60 and they keep spamming my mail, that we are not on par with objectives. I think when it goes below 30 you get fired imidiatelly , IIRC.
