Came back to comment It worked for me I’ve tried to get this bow 15+ times and I always messed up on the timing When I finally got it I literally envisioned my character holding the bow and it happened for me. Thankyou so much for this guide
I was able to do it with a few evil points (-2, check your stats for the exact value.) Just wait until midnight on the 7th day (Day 6 going into day7, if you wait until midnight on day 7 it will go to day 8 and won't work.) Got it first try.
Insanely late update but if your having issues when you start the timer speak the the guy at 30 seconds and if cutscene isn't finished skip it at the 60 second mark, just worked for me, fastest time getting skorms bow is 24 minutes into campaign for me Edit: also I fart at bully then go to bowerstone to activate fast travel straight there from chapel of skorm, sell a resurrection phial, sleep in tavern this will make it exactly 10pm 2 payments to mercenary then start timer on that payment
So I did everything as planned in this video accept I might have made 2 mistakes and I think that’s why it didn’t work for me... first off I did the side missions before graduating the guild and I killed one of the birds giving me +2 evil... then I helped the bum before reaching the chapel basically the reverse of the order you did, by the time I reached the chapel with the mercenary I check my hero stats and was neither good nor evil not a single bar... is it possible I messed up?
Works Still. I just did It. Make sure you have no evil points and get the 20 good points from helping with the bully. Then get our midnight timing perfect. I had to reload a old check point with zero evil points. And it worked for me. (Took 3 tries to get the timing perfect. Recommend saving a check point close to midnight so you can reload and wait less time each retry. Thx so much
My comment got an error due to my internet But yes skorms bow is the best bow in the game The only sad thing is that it only has one augment in it which is the lightning augment Either I'll use Arkens crossbow or a master long bow with piercing/sharpening/silver Augments in it
Dalhn Wilkes yep it's the best bow in the game I'm pretty sure it still better then the best crossbow in the game witch you get from the 15 silver key chest out the front of the darkwood bordello
It is better than the Crossbow because of that indefinite charge, though if you go for regular shots without holding the charge for a while, the crossbow is better due to the augments if I recall.
it's not an indefinite charge. it has a ceiling to how much damage it can do. it can charge to one-shot anything in the game except for an ice troll....but those take a couple of regular shots after a fully charged one to put down.

Not sure if it has to be the 6th day, but I was sacrificing on day 0 at midnight 3 times and got no bow, waited until the 6th day as some people mentioned and I got the bow right away.

You need between +300 and +600 evil points in one go to get the Bow. Was this patched out or something?

I accidentally shocked the guy judging your magic at the guild, which counted as "assaulting a villager" so I got a few bad points which meant I was under +20 alignment when I did the sacrifice. I restarted and made sure not to hit anyone and I got the Bow first try. Useful guide. I'm doing an entire "everything possible before the first quest" playthrough right now, and this was very helpful.
How did you have enough gold to sit there and wait with the body guard? You only start with like 70 gold and that's not enough gold, how did you get enoigh?
One way to make money, go to Bowerstone. Talk to Derek and buy all of his stack of apples. Then sell him the stack back. That will earn you about 300 gold. You can buy him out of his piese. Chocolates, cider, meat and sell it all back. Made 10k to start off the game on Xbox One. PC has even better bug to make money quicker along the same route.

Gsaint253CC it should still work as those evil points disappear as you go from a child to an apprentice as long as you don't get evil points in your training you should still get it as I do you should save it when your back at the chapel of skorm with your bodyguard so if you don't sacrifice at the right time you can load and be there ready to sacrifice again until you get it
this doesnt work im over it, appearently they did not add the Skorm's Bow in Anniversary they found it was too powerful and was removed so that means YOU MODDED THE GAME

10 gold is taken for the payment to your bodyguard when the 10 gold is taken then you wait the 30 seconds to talk to them
