'Having chosen' is a more appropriate concept than 'being chosen' - which only serves ego and a 'them and us' attitude. 'Having chosen' takes personal responsibility for experiences, the choice having been made not necessarily by the smaller personality self but by the encompassing spiritual self. 😉
I have and do experience most of these symptoms. I have also been diagnosed with hEDS, POTS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and more, *because* of these symptoms.
I understand that the medical diagnoses are one, 3rd density (frequency of perception) way of looking at the body going through discordant change and that recognising them as 'Ascension Symptoms' is another, higher frequency perception of the same experiences. There are many more allopathic labels that doctors give to these symptoms as they overlap - and I feel that not all symptoms are necessarily due to Ascension, so still get checked out! Use your intuition and discernment. Personally I'm keeping an open heart and mind and observing. I do notice some positive changes in myself, though and my physical health is better than might be expected though still dis-abled in some areas.

The internal cleansing process is called shadow work and much of it is ego work, healing past traumas that are held in the body and healing your inner child/soul. This has to be done to ascend. We are moving from ego/mental mind/carbon based DNA to our heart/brain and living from the heart with love and compassion and crystalline DNA. In letting go of, that is ego/mental regarding the release of our loved ones and friends. Doesn't necessarily mean letting them go out of your life, it's the emotional ego hold over them that many call love. Much love on this earth is ego love with conditions, not unconditional love. We will always have an ego but it won't be driving our lives anymore. The ego pretty much runs the lower three chakras in the 3D world that we are moving out of. One thing that will help with body issues is epsom salt baths with some baking soda and a sea salt in a lukewarm soak. Also grounding yourself on a daily basis will help with the energy. You will also go through kundalini rising experiences. Timeline shifts are really happening with all of the changes. Also helps to look up body vibration charts to see where you're at in the process. Also the clairs will turn on which will help with figuring things out, especially audient so you can communicate with your higher self and guides/teachers/angels. Many of us volunteer starseeds started this process in 2012 so we're through most of it but it's also a continuous process of healing and discovery. Also suggest surrendering to all of it, makes it easier in not "fighting" anything. Get outside as much as possible and meditation can be anything where you shut down the ego mind and go within. Most of your assistance will be online, it's hit and miss finding people who are going through this where you live, especially if you're a volunteer/starseed/lightworker.

My experience is vertigo, dizziness, fall backwards due to loss of balance. extreme tiredness, frequent trips to washroom, change in appetite, from tasteless to tasting, body aches, back aches, waking often. I do embrace the changes as growing spiritually, and ascension symptom. I recognize it is temporary. Now I know better and don't need advice from doc. Would love to hear from people having similar situations.

Thank you for sharing this information, and support, I so needed this as many of these symptoms are identical to what I've been going through. The vertigo is the greatest issue. Memory loss and dis orientation is also part of my experience. I refrain from connecting with my primary care physician as they are more likely to resort to pharmacology remedies of more typical medical applications which I really don't desire. I would like to connect with an online or local support group that are also sharing some advice of what works for them. I just happened to connect with this video. I will be in continue reviewing of future videos. 😊❤

Tiredness and memory loss I also have . Everyday now I think in someone and right away that person manifests itself by calling me or sending messages . I am getting used to know now in advance that I choose a color of clothes , the house or the people I visit has similar colors ✌️ definitely this is not common ☮️🙏

I didn’t know what was wrong with me. Frequent trips to the emergency room and doctors offices. I’ve seen 100 different doctors and specialists in the last 2 years. All the blood test, MRI, CT , X-ray and Ultrasound were negative. So, I concluded that it is more spiritual than physical. The nights sweats were frequent leaving my bedding soaked. The hot flashes were unbearable. The dizziness was so bad when I was driving that I had to park on the side of road to avoid accidents. The memory loss had my family worried. Couldn’t remember where I put my keys, phone and glasses. I had difficulty completing assignments. I lost interest in the activities I enjoyed. I have become a completely new person. I’m not even interested in dating. I’m more concerned about my peace of mind!!!

Learning to be patient (and curious) with whatever emotions, strange body sensations and new insights about my being (and my life experiences) have been helpful. Instead of judging the experience, I become curious… asking myself what is being purged? What limited belief needs to be transcended? What wound needs to be healed? And then seeing what is being illuminated within my awareness has helped me greatly. Keeping the inner knowing that my Soul chose all these experienced and challenged to refine my consciousness.
Great to hear whats happening, yes the changes are real and struggle to get there also😅 but its an amaizing feeeling.
Has anyone else had these experiences all their lives? For me, they began in infancy, with out of body drifting upward to the light, then drifting back down into my body. A lot of meaningful work with dream interpretation, more "illuminating" experiences with the Light when meditating on Bible verses, and so on.
Last september i had my awakening. That night a "probe" entered my room asking if i wanted them to come I cried laughing saying yes. Then i hear what i think are angels singing in my room. They are my soul family. They sing to me even as i write this and help me alot with energy and physical ailments i had. I also see other ships. I know that are from the Galactic alliance or fedration. I see them every night (half cloaked) sometimes one of them will say hi. They only sing though. They sing exotic songs and some songs from earth.

I am so reassured that you mention the physical symptoms - most of which I experienced over the last three months, becoming very afraid of what was happening to me. I wore specs (-2.5 ) since as was 14 but got 20-20 vision at 55 through meditation. About 6 yrs ago, I developed severe cramps in feet and legs , not responding to pain killers. In April 2022, my brothers called me to my home town for medical checkup as I was reported by my colleagues to not treating my sugar level ( 550 on average). But all my vital signs were robust. I have started taking mild diabetic medicines as a compromise to my family.
I am 67 yrs old and still suffer from severe cramps. My advise- pl. Keep at it. It is not a cake walk but result is certain and inevitable !!
I was injured on a job 2 decades ago and have skeletal and muscular pain in my spine as well as my entire body that I deal with on a daily basis. It’s crippling and there are points I can hardly be mobile yet I push my self to stay mobile and don’t want to become bed ridden so soon. I also believe my pain is spiritually linked. I’m working through spiritual changes and the energy strongly travels in my spine area and it travels from the tail bones to the neck. And sometimes energy lays dormant in my lower back and tail bone only. But I close my eyes and still my mind and feel it’s navigation and speak healing through my mouth and mind, sometimes it lessens doing this practice. I experience dizziness and heightened senses and nerves become like electric sparks, pupil constriction light sensitivity, other unusual things that I didn’t usually have. I’m pushing through and it IS the challenge of my life. Love and Peace
I have been going through this transformation for a very long time and have struggled with finding the reason for it. Now I know…and it makes perfect sense to the core of my most profound inner being. I am extremely grateful!
Apart from the hot flushes I’m really fully enjoying the experience and expansion. Be patient and allow it all to flow. Don’t nudge or analyse it.

Disorientation in my legs and feet as though there is a gap between my upper body and intention of where I'm going (in the home). Aches like an obscure muscle in my leg getting a cramp, vibrations that are like the electricity in my body, that was humming in my legs, that I didn't know was possible. Sleep walking in the middle of the night, leaves my morning scratching my head as to the flour on the bench and canisters with foreign incongruous objects placed around, or bumping my head to wake me when I walked into the corner of a picture frame on the wall where there is no door. Writing a note to self, can have me forgetting the very name I sat to write last night but still can't remember that character from History. Transcendental meditation to tree tops, to feel the leaves. Falling asleep instantaneously, or being awake all night, only to sleep sporadically throughout the next day. For people I have seen smiling generously and engaging in conversation. having a positive outlook for each day being an energetic day, when anything is possible or a day of rest that disappears into night as though I wasn't present for any of it. All amazing and part of myself. Probably other aspects of my being but I thought that it was all evidence of my living in this world and happier to understand these are signs of my transcendence that will be when it will be and all in good time but I think it sooner rather than later. Thank you for this enlightenment that uplifted when needed.

The vertigo took me by surprise. It was so bad I had vomiting. OBEs are a common occurrence, and now I'm seeing objects and people with my physical eyes closed. It's been a heck of a ride!
The last full moon I got 5 days full of sleep, every time closing my eyes, loaded a lot info like using the tiny teleportation machine to transfer the seeds in the Earth to other planets, there another opposite of the universe,.. I know sounds like crazy, don’t judge.
I've had a lot of these symptoms at different times but did not have any major difficulties muscle pain heat and cold

eating habits have changed

I was chosen over 35 years ago and lived my path. I am old now and no longer actively working with people. I have had all the symptoms. Last year I forgot how to bretahe, it happened beacouse my body changed it structure. I took me 7 days.
I am very happy because I am experiencing all those symptoms, this transition came in different stages and it takes time, it is not faster because if it were fast many people do not make . In my reading of ley lines, Hartmann and Curry grids and the platonic solids, I ran across statements about the 19 1/2 degree latitudes above and below the equator, containing greater energies. I followed that advice and made my home at 19 degrees, 30 minutes (half of 60) in Hawaii. May your journey be as fruitful, as has been mine.
