Oh yes, sauerkraut (translated into English = sour cabbage) is full of antioxidants and probiotics, good for health!...In Germany, people like eating it with grilled pork knuckles, sausages, BBQs, etc. or simply as a salad, adding some spiciness to enhance the flavor...😍 (Regular consumption of sauerkraut can also ensure a slim figure). Enjoy it! 😉😂

I had a traditional dutch dish named stamppot at Rembrant’s Cafe in Amsterdam.
🤗👍In Dutch it's called zuurkool, in German it's Sauerkohl, so much similarity = sour cabbage. 😊
