Glad it was helpful! I think one or two of the stickings in here are not exactly right, something about a snare hit being on the opposite hand. But I think its close.

this is such a great lesson, finally feel like I got this groove after years of attempts, but not knowing what to do, great video and it's difficult to find phish's drum parts written out properly or explained, just noticed a version where Jon's right hand plays a snare not too, any idea of how the sticking for that would differ?

Glad it helped! Yeah I'm sure he did variations on the beat in different live settings. This was just my best attempt at transcribing it from the album version.
