@@brich2929 I understand that but I read things about stunners and wasn't sure if that was better! I did hear Joel Salatin say he does not use the stunners.

The proper way to humanely dispatch a turkey or chicken is to use killing cones and slice the neck with a sharp blade, bleeding out the bird.

How do you get turkeys into coop at night
Most of the time they go in themselves. They know it is safe in there. You may have to herd the od one in every so often.
