Когда переходишь на такое питание, понимаешь, какой красивый вкус у еды на самом деле. А всё это время ты пытался его заглушить, казалось, вот ещё одна приправа, ещё щепотка чего-нибудь и будет невыразимо вкусно. Да, это было вкусно. Но я говорю о том, что еда без приправ очень вкусная, меньше перепадов настроения из-за отсутствия сахара в меню. А это предупреждение многих болезней и меньшая нагрузка на сердце.

Вы знаете, я часто задумываюсь о том, что мы едим, особенно сейчас, когда план питания поменялся. До этого момента, моё питание тоже было очень плотным с приправами и постоянным поиском чего-то изощренного. А теперь, вкусовые рецепторы изменились. Вместо сублимированного кофе с молоком по утрам пуэр без сахара, в простуду зеленый с ромашкой и медом. И на фоне всех изменений стало требоваться меньше сахара, как например, тыквенный сок только с лимоном, но без сахара. Или любая другая еда.
Когда переходишь на такое питание, понимаешь, какой красивый вкус у еды на самом деле. А всё это время ты пытался его заглушить, казалось, вот ещё одна приправа, ещё щепотка чего-нибудь и будет невыразимо вкусно. Да, это было вкусно.
Но я говорю о том, что еда без приправ очень вкусная, меньше перепадов настроения из-за отсутствия сахара в меню. А это предупреждение многих болезней и меньшая нагрузка на сердце.
