As to your 2 towers quote, your absolutely correct there are no social or work problems that cannot be solved with excessive amounts of plastic explosive!
jesus christ this is the best channel, i forgot how good you were man, wish you all the best on getting the subs back up… but for now enjoy having the honor of being the highest quality channel per sub-capita
Thankyou :) I sure do miss being a full-time RUclipsr though. I'm pretty close to being one again! The main advantage is just being able to invest the time I need to make high quality videos. Right now I'm working two jobs and selling puzzles to get by but things are growing slowly! Thanks for sticking around!
Funny thing your sisyphus comment reminded me of a dream I had when working on a huge project(repairing a dynamometer) i was walking up a mountain in hell and had to count my steps and if I lost count I had to start over again. Think you'll understand tht feeling
Thanks to JR Cuber for turning me on to your stuff. I like getting my mind blown, this video definitely did that. The real jewel here is how you are driven to solve/create this puzzle. It has become your puzzle. This is great insight into the mind of a genius, who knows the answer is out there but it just takes a little hard work. I think Einstein would approve. Subscribed. One small request, please use your powers for good in this world.
Have you ever thought about contacting a gallery to get some of your puzzles in? Ur in Australia right? We've got some really cool galleries in our cities. Not just the big ones, but smaller ones too. I can totally see these in an exhibition. Have a little artists statement about the reappropriation of these toys as sculpture pieces. I mean that's what you are right? You're a sculptor. These are just so impressive. I think you deserve gallery recognition. You said a line during this that would totally go on an artists statement. "You my friend, are a cathedral under construction." Actually here's how I'd lay out a table of your stuff. Choose an impressive but basic mod to a 3 by 3. Make it 4-5 times, but stop with each one at a different stage in the process. Those show the viewer what it is that you do and how. Then, you have you're really impressive pieces on display, and viewers have to imagine the ways that you would have done them.
Pure mastery. Nathan, your puzzle ideas have inspired me. I actually stickered a 30 color petaminx based on the one you made. It's one of the highlights of my collection. Keep on doing what you are doing. Twisty puzzle fanatics like myself appreciate your work more than you realize.
@@BandsawsAt45Degrees Lol, it's in my 1st grade classroom right now. I'll bring it home this week and photograph it and post it up someplace. I'll send you links. Btw, I asked Oliver how many sets of those stickers he sent. I was amazed at how few it was. These are very rare puzzles. Few people have one. I'm proud to have one and I credit you every time someone asks about it. MIne uses a MF8 petaminx. The same as your original. My color layout might be slightly different, but I tried to keep it close to the original plan.
@@BandsawsAt45Degrees also as being inspired by you I’ve made a 30 colour gigaminx. Didn’t really have the budget to resticker a bigger minx at the time
Forgot this, you mentioned superglue and it's love of gushing when you need ot the least. 2 possible solutions, one is if you can find a bottle of citadel glue from games workshop. It has an incredibly fine pipette that is perfect for close quarters. Just remember to take good care of it as it's a bastard to unclog. 2 is a new superglue gel I recently found and it's perfect for the pin method! Keep it up, love your puzzles....even though the color r pattern still bugs me!
Did not expect to see someone mend a twisty puzzle using pencil graphite... very clever!
“I feel like sisyphus” but is working towards a tangible reward
Hence “feel like” and not “am like”.

Very impressive! I've also never seen a puzzle that looked so good in the scrambled state.
FINNALY I FOUND IT AGAIN
This is my favorite one of your old videos
Today, I had the urge to search up your channel just in case I find it and I found you yayyy

one of your longer yet interesting and chaotic builds you had done, nice work and effort on it

Glad to see you come back! Hope the break treated you well ❤️
always always ALWAYS use the clutch on a drill when assembling plastics!!!!
I don’t even know what a drill clutch is
@@BandsawsAt45Degrees the numbers on the drill! it lets you set the maximum amount of torque it can apply, you had it on drill mode, which is maximum
Thanks for the tip!
Th amount of work that took makes me feel a lot better about my upcoming 11x11 ghost cube project.😅
I missed these videos! Nathan I hope you get to re uploading all if not most of your old videos
Good to see these back again
