Gorwling is essentially done by putting distortion on your voice, if you sigh really deeply you'll feel a growl on the bottom of your voice, its basically using that vibration that allows you to perform a growled vocal. Like with anything as I'm sure rapping did for you, it takes a lot of practise to get right. It took me several years to perfect my technique and get it to a place where it didn't fuck my throat anymore.

Hello from New England..Im New to the channel...Yes, most singers at this level have had some type of vocal training. If not you would literally tear ur vocal chords to hell, and some vocalists have actually suffered career ending damage..Remember. most of these bands tour for a yr minimum. However, Gojira is NOTHING like Slipknot. Slipknot wishes they could be as complex and genius as Gojira. This song really doesn't do them justice. This is like a radio friendly song if you will. These fellas are out of this world musically and lyrically. This ain't nothing.
