How To Design An Inexpensive Custom Plastic Enclosure - Envision Plastics and Design

Designing custom plastic enclosures is an easy process using Envision Plastics & Design and our No Molds Required plastic fabrication technology. NMR Technology involves the fabrication of plastic sheet materials which include: ABS, Kydex, styrene, acrylic, polycarbonate, and even ACM materials. Some would say we combine metal fabrication and woodworking processes as we use tongue and grove features to hold tight tolerances with our custom plastic enclosure products.

2) A Plastic Enclosure Design Concept In Hand, Just Need Help Bringing It To Life
This design path occurs when a customer HAS a design and wants to apply NMR Technology to it. This is also painless as we can work with you on applying our tongues, grooves, and other plastic fabrication features to make your plastic enclosure 100% functional for your application. In no way, do we expect you to have a 100% complete design catered to NMR. We are here to do that for you.
Regardless of which path is taken to design the custom plastic enclosure, prior to cutting plastic, we will send you drawings to approve. That way, you know you are getting exactly what you are expecting.
