If one is going from Lagos to London and plans to spend 3 nights, how does the PCR test on day 2 and 8 apply? .. Heathrow is saying ‘IF U R NOT ON A RED LIST COUNTRY THEN U NEED TO SELF ISOLATE FOR 10 DAYS’.. I’m so confused..
