100% absolutely LOVE triple blood so far, just so much versatility and absolute battles of attrition basically every game, L.O.V.E IT!, especially when aggro decks have a full board on turn 5, just to be hit with Blood Boil *chef's kiss*

played a triple blood deck and waited to brann my mograine at turn 10 and it was soooo goood. I love blood death knight. I did try the aggro triple unholy thing and won a couple of games but I just love playing control decks more.
I absolutely love triple blood. I haven't played any other deck yet. Wallet control warrior is in my top three favorite deck types and this scratches that itch by actually being good.
This video fortifies my belief that Unholy is the only DK that needs denathrius and that's only when they can't keep a board. I've played DK all day yesterday and I removed him from all my frost and blood decks because of how much I ended up ignoring him in those decks.
@@alecshockowitz8385 I never needed him in those situations. I don't know what kind of deck you're using but I don't have draw issues. Famished Fool is a good choice if you have problems with draw since your hero power fuels it. Like Regis I tend to use a lot of discover cards and Hematurge discovers blood rune cards which is a big pool for answers. I just beat a hand buff paladin and soulstealer did most of the work there. Mograine is what's really pushing my damage since he gives guaranteed damage each turn especially if you team it up with Brann, Zola and discover more copies from Hematurge. All this is just a long winded way to say i'm not having your issues. If you feel like you still need Denathrius then go ahead but I don't need him.
Made a very similar list and just hit my 12 ranked wins in a row achieve for the first time. It's hilarious how much value AND control AND health this deck provides.

This video got me inspired to do a 2 Blood 1 Frost Death Knight since I don't have all the cards yet, and even the tools this alone has is tons of fun, I can't wait until I get some of a 3 Blood rune cards and can play this deck myself
The main reason is about clarity and reaction time. So as an example on clarity, you can anticipate how much damage a mage can do with their fireballs and ice bolts, and exactly how much mograine will do in a turn based on their mana, but you can't know how much damage their denathrius will do, depending when they draw it and how many minions die. That's why Mograine gives you more options to manage the board and your health compared to Denathrius. The second part is reaction time and play-around options; so as an example, unless you have swap or disruption cards, Denathrius played is usually instant win, leaving your only play-around to kill them before they play it which is like already self-evident. Mograine on the other hand gives you time to plan your next couple of moves, space your healing out or change what you do with your resources because of the new constant pressure, in addition to disruption cards. These are why I think Mograine is a better designed card, it's easier to buff or nerf Mograine than Denathrius because of this. Anyways thanks for your question
For anyone else who is frustrated with all these triple blood death knights on ladder, I’m finding Quest Priest with Astalor is a decent counter. Make sure your hand has lots of minions though to decrease the likelihood of their disruption hitting your quest reward.
As I commented as the class was revealed: Deathknight class is like a adventure boss. Nobody can tell me otherwise, 60+ health? Crazy strong cards with even crazier effects?
im obviously happy as Death Knight is my favorite class in probably any franchise, any game, im just a huge undead knight fan. So this is great for me. But even I can admit the class is overpowered. Just look at the cards and power. Summon one ghoul, deals 1 damage as its a charge minion. Cool. Whats this sound like? Mage fireblast. 2 mana, 2 mana. 1 damage, 1 damage. The only difference is that Mage can go over taunt, but Ghoul can be buffed by anything that buffs attack, which is way better than going over taunt, and more important it also provides a corpse. It provides way more than what mage gets. Speaking of mage. Whats another parallel? Fireball. Lets see, 4 mana, deals 6 damage. What do Death Knight have that sounds like that? Ah, yes Death Strike. 4 mana, deals 6 damage. AND HAS LIFE STEAL. For this to be balanced and fair, Mage hero power would need to produce 1 resource of some kind And their fireball would also need to become life steal. Theres more examples but this already proves the class is overpowered. And I love it.
I use quad mograine, one back with zola, and 2 more bounced back to my hand with brewmaster, insane face damage per turn, takes a while to get it going but damn does it work great!
I went 30 wins 5 losses with Thief Priest during Frozen Throne before this expansion. I miss that deck. I miss that meta. Also, good news, the devs said all classes will be able to gain corpses, so Priest will be able to use Corpse Synergy cards! Huge buff!
Yeah drops were really good I usually get 65 packs and like 2 to 3 legendary cards this time I got five two of which were golden anubrakan druid guy and Pally dragon in gold which looks sooooo good
man since release I've been on a 14 win spree with (bbb DK) spell hunter and scythe demon hunter being a rare problem, it trashed me so hard i put a single steamcleaner for hope and gotten some nice turn 4 surrenders I'm scum but hey gotta answer the call somehow Hahaha.... help me Regis
Blood feels so strong it can def beat any deck in the meta right now I feel like they might nerf vamp blood to instead heal for 10 and not give you 10 hp
I saved some warlock class packs I’ve only opened like maybe 15 before but on launch day I opened one of them and got a gold legendary death rattle one 😂 then after that got an epic golden epic and 2 rares in one pack
I played a lot of blood and the deck isn't even refined yet. I see it getting nerfed. Frost feels very weak from what I've seen and unholy seems ok but not nearly as good as blood
I had a guy triple-Mograine me yesterday. I like to think he felt proud of himself, too. Until I Brann-Denathrius-Denathrius him for over 80 damage a few turns later. Ahhh, good times lol
It does feel like every DK is Triple Blood which is kinda disappointing. Why even have the rune system if everybody just does the same thing, and it's not even a combination lol it's just 3 of a kind.

Blood seems really good, Frost may as well insta concede against blood they can't even seem to reliably deal 30 let alone 40 - 60

Definitely agree that Mograine feels better than Denathrius since Mograine is easier to play around while still being powerful and feeling fun to play

Morgraine is gonna be strong the entire time that he's in rotation, I can say that much. Just constant damage at the end of each turn is great.
