You need to activate tax types after registering as representative: 1. Select your company for tax payer and organisation 2. Click 'Organisations' on top menu 3. Click 'Organisation' on left menu 4. Click 'Tax Types' -> 'Manage Tax Types' 5. Select IRP6 and ITR14 6. Click Activate on both (must then say 'Successfully Activated' on both) 7. Click 'Returns' on top menu 8. Click 'Returns Issued' on left menu 9. Both IRP6 and ITR14 options will be displayed as per video

@@kevinkotze6620 I click "manageTaxTypes" The message says, "Not Active. Active on your other portfolio." 🤔 Do I move it to this portfolio, do my company tax...then move it back, and do my individual tax?
SARS, I do not have the file button since 2023. I have googled, and called but no response. Sent queries, stayed on the line, asked for a call back. Now I have been charged a penalty. I am literally going down a youtube rabbit hole trying to figure out why the File button does not appear for me as it did in previous years.
One thing that makes me confuse about SARS is that when the company is not dormant, I cannot file returns for my business because they not helping me (micro companies) to understand their questioning, and according to my business accountant they are only training accountants through bodies. My accountant charges +R4000 and my company is always tax exempted. How does paying an accountant benefit SARS if am always tax exempted, I really do not understand. We really need SARS to assist here, not all companies that are not dormant afford accountants, and that is why they remain non complaint for years and stuck for funding and everything that require TCC.
You are not paying the accountant just for nothing but for the knowledge that he use to do the assesments. Why teachers are paid while everything they teach are in the textbook?
I think your accountant is just ripping you off!....obviously you need to pay some form of administrative work of your accountant, but for them to charge you R4000 is just ridiculous....Mine charges R250 per every tax year depend on my submission and my financial position...otherwise you only got charged penalties by SARS for late submissions.
@@LumkaJwara in the video last piece he mentioned something about a website you need to go to if the steps here are not successful. I did that and managed to do my 2022 wl do 2023 tomorrow. Just check that last part it really helped me.
