Rise x Naoto would be my pick. They seem like the couple that would compliment each other the most. While I always pick Rise in the main game, simply due to the fact I personally gravitate towards her most out of all the Persona girls, I don't really see her and Yu as an OTP-material in these spin-offs; the "official" Yu Narukami just doesn't really feel anything like the MC I play as in the P4G.

They could've had Makoto dance with him, but after this game starts selling, maybe Yu can make an appearance when Makoto dances to this in the P3 version, that is, if they make it.
It has to do with the plot. They're bound by the antagonist and can't do anything physically harmful - same applies to the protagonists when they're on the "Midnight Stage". It's basically a plot device to force everyone to dance. ...not that I'm complaining!
Just realized, if this song playing here is canon, then there is a serious paradox, as this is the main theme of Persona Q, and while that game is canon to the story, it also never happened and time travel, because PQ takes place during P3 but also 2 years after P3 with P4, time travel is confusing.

I know the setting takes place before persona 4 arena, but c'mon, id like them just as un-cannon or something dlc as if a twist messing around dancing event in persona q. Especially i was hoping more music from persona 3 would make it in here.

I'm slightly upset that Persona 3 characters and songs weren't in this game. Persona 4 Arena and Q did that, and it's weird that this game didn't follow suit. Apparently, a lot was cut from this game.
OTP right here. All the other girls' social links felt awkward or forced, imo. P3's protag didn't have one, even though Aegis had a thing for him. Minato was just to apathetic to make any romantic relationship believable. The female protag of P3 on the other hand...
+chapachuu you know though, Aigis had more like a romantic attachment to Minato rather than who he was an it was born from guilt, not like, something that legitimately developed. Nobody seems to really think about that and the implications... how would them being together instigate any sort of healthy character development? she would have to move beyond the whole I want to protect you think and realize who she was before she could know what love really means to her, right? And if she doubts her humanity, what does that say of the rest of her human attributes? Don't get me wrong, I love Aigis, she is my favorite char from 3/4 and I love the shipping idea, but in order for who to move on to live a life of developed meaning, they couldn't be together. His death forced her to confront herself... If she hadn't done that, she never would have a chance at really living. I think, though, in a way he's still with her. The wild card ability didn't come from nowhere... especially not orpheus.

Persona 4 had shadows from 3 aswell and theres a good reason why they’re there, its because spoilers for p4D story If you don’t express yourself in your dance the shadows will form a “bond” and you get a game over.
