Really cute pattern and I'm sure your child was happy to receive. Thank you for taking the time to do the tutorials. Along with this and the kind response you sent me answering my questions on one of your other patterns I have tried again, 2 times, and this time my finished projects look much better. One project using my own picture to make a gift for my husband. But with this tutorial I did use your basic horse pattern, but I made a different looking horse. I've got a friend who recently got a horse and her birthday is tomorrow. Let's hope she likes it. Very much appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us.
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena I wanted to ask if you had children. I would think she really loves your gift of macrame, lots of perks for her🤗!! I will check the bunny out, Thank you!!
Karen Daugherty 💙 Yup I have 2! My son is 8 and my daughter just turned 4. My son was actually the reason why I got back into macrame. I made an end of the year teachers gift for his kindergarten teacher. It was an owl on a pencil...actually I think it’s my first photo on instagram if you are curious ☺️
I really love this and want to try but I’m a little confused on the lengths of the cords. The description says 1lb tube but I have no idea what that means lol. Would you be able to tell me in centimeters or inches how long the blue, yellow, pink and white cords are?
💙 yes all the cotton rope was 3.35mm single strand cotton from Ropeshop.ca The white bulky yarn was Bernat bulky blanket yarn which is a “super bulky number 6” size…the yarn I used for the mane was regular worsted weight yarn/size 4
This is such a beautiful piece, and happy birthday to your little one! P.S. You said my favourite catchphrase a couple of times "Motor on". HAHAHA. You need to put this one merch "Let's motor on".
💙 hahaha I noticed that when I was editing but I swear I don’t realize it when I’m saying it 😆 And thank you! Kaylee had a good day and loves this unicorn I might do some t-shirts, but only if people are really interested in it. It would definitely help me out to afford more rope so I can make more tutorials...🤔
Hi, I would love to try this for my unicorn crazed daughter!! What length cords are you using for the colors? I'm not sure what 1 tube equals to in yards or inches. Thank you!
💙 Hello 👋🏻 Yes it totally looks confusing without the grid. You can find the grid pattern right at the very start of this video during my “screenshot” clip here 0:12 each square represents a vertical double half hitch in the corresponding colour
Hello there! I want to use this technique for some projects for my Dad, and I was wondering what the length measure was for the 1lb tubes you're using - if you have a rough estimate/guesstimate that's fine too. :)
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena You were right a long time ago...I watched the previous video yesterday,..and sorry I missed your video a lot...I doing fine..I hope too you and fam...
💙 Hey!! 👋🏻 if you liked this video I thought you would also enjoy my “Bunny Butt” tutorial

Would you be willing to share what program you used to make the pattern? I have an idea but don't know how to sketch it out.
@@reganwebster8385 💙 Hey 👋🏻 I actually use a free app called PixelArt. It’s a really juvenile app but it does the job
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena Thank you!!
can you please do how to do MONSTERA leaf pattern on wall hanging as well?

💙 Oh I totally agree! My daughter absolutely LOVES it! And it’s surprisingly not that difficult to make, there’s only 3 different knots 😄
