tomo was so badass how fast he memorized the map, and could lead the team through the Building 21 over and over. Jack and Stodeh were lost and clueless the whole time, which was hilarious.

He clearly studied the map before playing it; the first go he knew what floor the armory was even though the maps only show the current floor’s rooms
If they could make DMZ only rewards that are worth it. This would be excellent.
With a few tweaks I feel like DMZ could be even better
guns that are in loot boxes and bags dont show any attachments until you pick them up, so your always best picking them up as there is a high chance that they are not what you are seeing in the UI

Plus the minor UI bug with the munition box. When you have one equipped via the loadout screen, while in game, you can use it twice. Just drop the item even if the icon shows as empty and it will drop the munition box you just used.
That's why in this vid, Jack can't equip the munition box from a loot box since technically the one he has is still "equipped" even if he already use it.

every aspect. it also looks exactly like labs, with a foreign speaking voice over the intercoms. You can loot jackets and pcs etc

Between AI and the amount of other teams, it’s the same with dmz 🤷🏽 I feel like we’re going to get drop fed some new themes and styles over the coming year

They need to put more armor plates around the maps.. it's terrible trying to find one in the normal DMZ map, I'd imagine they're even more important here...
You don’t ever actually find them reliably, but I don’t think you are supposed to or need too I think they are around to help while looting or killing ai, but you should loot all sellable items, then immediately go to a buy station to stock up on plates.
If you concentrate on head shots the AI will drop plates more consistently (I suggest using the single fire option on AR’s)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I absolutely love cod bringing a tarkov esque experience to casual players, but ethically it boggles my mind how they literally are just blatantly copying the environment and gameplay mechanics of tarkov and getting away with it 😂 idk how to feel
I am personally kinda tired of it. "Oh, look, everyone is doing battle Royale. We need to do that." "Oh look, everyone is making these "one life to live, lose your loot, Tarkov style games. Let's do that too!". Even Hitman has this same thing now. Limited loadout taken with you but you lose anything you take with you if you die.
@@FUBARguy107 did you hate when everyone was making platformers and shoot ‘em ups, beat ‘em ups? It’s always been like this. It’s how industries work. You get a piece of the pie of what’s popular. Maybe you strike gold and you mix it up and make the thing that’s popular. But it’s all derivative.
DMZ reminds me of The Division’s PvPvE mode. Which came out a year before Tarkov. So who’s copying who?
@@aaronpreston47 right, I’m not really talking about the mechanic of looter shooter PVPVE, more so literally this being a direct copy of Labs from tarkov, down to the keycard access, the literal logo of DMZ couldn’t even be its own thing it’s literally the tarkov skyline logo lol. Like take the genre and run with it, make it your own. If DMZ was set in a European setting it would literally be tarkov

Hardcore dmz would be cool but they need to nerf the bots for that

The first thing I thought when seeing the “door stuck” was that legendary cs 1.6 clip, but I was in tears when Tomographics actually recreated it. What a funny little fact.
lol you can see the inspiration from escape from tarkov in this map it looks very similar to labs. the kitchen area and the middle office look very similar lol

Jack you know you can have 3 weapons if you have a medium backpack or higher FYI
This game mode really needs a proper inventory in the lobby screen. So you can actually take items with you, be it plate vests, backpacks, ammo or any (quest) item.
If you exfil with a vest, backpack, gun or quest item then you have them automatically in your inventory until you die (unless you unequip them). If you could just bring items without having found them first it would defeat the whole purpose.
Make blueprints so hard and unpractical for kids and normal players that they get frustrated into buying them instead. But they love to be able to say you can unlock them just by playing.
Its okay. Kids and casuals don't deserve the good stuff anyway. You should have to put in work to be rewarded.

So is this going to be a seperate mode indefinetly or is it going to stay with this kinda Dark and Darker high roller deal? Would be cool if a sort of high roller lobby in DMZ let you wager levels or massive amounts of exp, maybe blueprints.
its basically labs from tarkov, will be there all the time will just need keys, might be tied to events and stuff. But its in the same vein as labs essentially
