that girl is her kid and 10 years ago when she gave birth, her supposed to be father in-law tricked her into believing it was a stillbirth and that her baby was dead and now after 10 years she recently found out the truth that her baby was alive and she actually had been around her quite often but she just didn't know it was her kid since it was a secret but the guy who lied to her told her she was alive and then she literally had to watch her die 'again' in a car accident like 2 days later and this scene is when she wasn't leaving the room and was holding her dead kid and when the doctors came to take her she had passed out on the floor.
