This cutie was probably born/raised in captivity (meaning it'll be quite hard for it to survive in the wild if they let it go) because she was so comfortable and off guard around people even when they were freaking out and holding her baby. So I don't think we should worry about her being out of the wild.
I agree. It was made by an animal wildlife society (link in the description) so I think they're treated well.
They should be prepared to live in the wild and then released. I'm surprised how many people in the comments is saying omg how cute but then don't realize that they are not pets for our entertainment. It's lame that a "progressist/lgbt/vegan/glutenfree friendly" means like buzzfeed makes this pointless video.
In fact these animals (like any wild animal) should hate and be scared of humans because there's no place for cuteness in the wild, you eat or get eaten. It's simply unnatural that they live an unhappy life in captivity being dependant of their keepers/wardens.

Your not an animal lover if you only love the furry ones. I have a pet hedgehog and one of my pet peeves is when people ask "Don't those spikes shoot at you?", or "Don't those spikes hurt?" 1. They are called quills not 'spikes' 2. The quills don't shoot out. 3. No they don't hurt it's a small pinch at the most and that's when she introduced to new things and people.
Why would that be a peeve? The person really doesn't know and is asking you to learn the answer. It should make you feel good that you can educate people on a subject you know something about.

I doubt you'll find someone who just loves all animals indistinctly. Consider that humans are animals too, for example. A lot of animal lovers also have no issues killing bugs, and hate mosquitos and flies. It's all subjective. I feel "animal lover" in general is an incorrect term to use. It's way too broad to really mean anything. It's about the same as saying "Living being minus plants lover."
I love all animals besides humans. They only hurt others out of instinct, need or fear. Humans will even do it for fun.

What's wrong with skunks? There have been skunks bred for pets for more than fifty years. Sadly, in most states, you can't own a domesticated skunk. And they also remove their scent glands when they're young, which seems a bit cruel to me, but I've heard domesticated ones make good pets.

People are allowed to have phobias, but to dislike some animals just because they're not cuddly is just plain ignorant, superficial, and shows lack of curiousity. All natural creatures are fascinating and beautiful in their own way. No one is saying she had to touch any of the animals, but at least show interest and ask questions. Not many people have the opportunity to be up close to these animals, so I think real animal lovers were offended by her reaction
