will she work well for reverse melt? specifically a team of kaeya (main dps), xiangling, citlali & bennett. my only worry is that citlali's cryo attacks wont be strong enough to trigger a strong reverse melt and that she'll just get in the way of kaeya's melts

100% yes. She will be great with neuvillete hypercarry or freeze teams. Plus if your neuvi is c0 she will be great to give him knock up resistance.

You have to use with Pyro it will more beneficial for you
