Regarding the first story, many managers in the United States have their compensation inversely tied to the budget of their division. Save money for the company, make more money yourself. Pay less salaries, make more salary. That actually incentivizes managers to cut staff and not overpay on salaries.

you can always ask to be given a couple of MB on the cloud for a "personal archive - of course business related" mails without pictures are not big at all, you can store them there indefinitely
Forcing an employee to delete something which could serve as evidence in a court could, I would expect, be a case for either "tampering with evidence" or "perverting the course of justice" or both.
I had a female coworker who had severe psychological issues and who was intent on getting me fired. She made fraudulent claims against me to both our company's HR department and to the state for things like sexual harassment and for threatening her personally. I wrote a detailed letter of rebuttal that included the name of my supervisor and coworkers who could attest to my character and record of job performance with the company. I also included voice recordings made on my smartphone of conversations she and I had had in private where she contradicted herself on a number of the issues and that depicted our actual working relationship. The HR department contacted me for my side of the story and seemed very sympathetic to my plight. I was instructed to not contact anybody about this and to wait until they had finished their investigation. I never did hear anything from them about it but she mysteriously disappeared one day and I never heard from her or about her again. We all breathed a collective sigh of relief after that.
i know everyone says they should fire the managers in story 1. Sad reality is, in a call center, inbound, outbound, customer service, whatever the function is, rarely does anyone that can do the job get fired. Reason is, not many people stay. Turn over in call centers is near 100% every year on the floor. So if you can do the job, you are unlikely to be fired for anything less than workplace violence or stealing.
@James Stewart very true. But in this case her escape doesn't leak exhaust or consider losing a wheel whenever I make a turn. However. Since my first comment I've obtained a new vehicle and have since crushed that POS into oblivion.
Something a little stinky about that call center story. I've worked in many call centers and no manager or supervisor has ever had the ability to simply wipe someone's corporate email box or computer. That's a function generally within the purview of the IT department only. Now, if they got the IT department to do everything, it's a failure on their part if they didn't retain backups of the data or even questioning the order as to why it was necessary to delete the files of an active employee.
Then you will love this one: my sister's (admittedly old) laptop corrupted her document for a month(s) long school assignment less than a week before deadline (might have been down to weekend before deadline monday, am not that clear though as I was only slightly involved and it's been years) and she worked herself hard to recreate the >12 page text plus citation. Not intentional deletion but nerve wrecking none the less.
Call Centre Manager and Supervisor . Should have been Punted Immediately . Workplace harassment and Bullying . Not acceptable at managerial level . Hahahaha . Cart Wars .
Hy, Ijust found your channel and i find it very entertaining. I have a question, I'm italian and not quite familiar with the word "karen", I thougt it was a firstname!?!
It's a symbolic name. I gather that it's the name of a particular television character who was/is very self-entitled, so on some message boards such as Reddit, "Karen" has become the name used for any female character who is very self-entitled in the story being told. Occasionally, it's even used for a male character despite the name being gender specific to the feminine gender (at least, it is in English).
Keeping copies saved my butt, literally. I always (and continue to) paid my bills on time - early, even. About a decade ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's and went from a 'never see a doctor' to 'every other week seeing a specialist or surgeon'. Insurance company decided to play the "you didn't pay your 6 months ago bill, so, we're retroactively cancelling your health plan!" game. Luckily, I keep EVERYTHING! I showed them my receipt for that month they claimed. They scowled out an excuse about billing being behind and paid up. A few months later they tried the same thing. Same deal. A few months later, lather, rinse, repeat. They've given up that game, now. I guess they learned.
Sounded like a crime to me? I bet there was a financial gain for them that would trigger it? - should have lain the trolley on its side so it jammed :o)
For that last story. Op should've grabbed a lot of shopping carts and formed a circle around that fools car to trap her car in place so she would be unable to get in.

@@navigatorofnone The moment OP tried to sue that call center, which btw wouldn't have worked, he would've lost all his friends in upper management and the company itself.

The call center OP's story was so very wonderful. Thank you, RedWheel. stay safe and be careful
Wow that title. Jeez. Morning everyone
Ik right? Well at least they didn't get the some files.... ;-P
Regarding the first story, many managers in the United States have their compensation inversely tied to the budget of their division. Save money for the company, make more money yourself. Pay less salaries, make more salary. That actually incentivizes managers to cut staff and not overpay on salaries.
The Karen in the other car will eventually do that th the wrong person, and wish she hadn't.
I would have put the cart behind her car again just to drive the point home
CJ.1 she couldn't go no where with 2 flat tires
Always keep your records. Print those emails out and save them offsite. Your job and future could very well depend on it.
Hi RedWheel hope you are well. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day and Please stay safe all who reads this and watches this video.🏴😷😁👍. Happy Easter
My company has a email retention policy of 3 years, so producing anything older than that in soft or hard copy would get me into trouble.
you can always ask to be given a couple of MB on the cloud for a "personal archive - of course business related"
mails without pictures are not big at all, you can store them there indefinitely
I do't get it. Retention is about preserving\holding data it is not about forced deletion. So, data older than 3 years could still be useful.
Forcing an employee to delete something which could serve as evidence in a court could, I would expect, be a case for either "tampering with evidence" or "perverting the course of justice" or both.
8:40 simple, he has talents and skills that they can never have, and so tgey ressented him for that
I ran into someone today who learned the hard way dont mess with someone who watches way too many instant karma videos and prorevenge videos.
If upper management allows this kind of crap to go on in a company, it's lawyer time. No wonder people flip out at work and kill coworkers.
My girl has a much better car than me. It comforts me that it's reliable and keeps her and our child safe.
@James Stewart very true. But in this case her escape doesn't leak exhaust or consider losing a wheel whenever I make a turn. However. Since my first comment I've obtained a new vehicle and have since crushed that POS into oblivion.
That first story made this day for me so much more better
Something a little stinky about that call center story. I've worked in many call centers and no manager or supervisor has ever had the ability to simply wipe someone's corporate email box or computer. That's a function generally within the purview of the IT department only. Now, if they got the IT department to do everything, it's a failure on their part if they didn't retain backups of the data or even questioning the order as to why it was necessary to delete the files of an active employee.
Blah blah.
@@jessiepooch Blah blah.
Don't just keep a paper copy. But also backup your data to a personal USB drive.
Any time i hear about data deletion, my heckles really rise 😅😅
Then you will love this one: my sister's (admittedly old) laptop corrupted her document for a month(s) long school assignment less than a week before deadline (might have been down to weekend before deadline monday, am not that clear though as I was only slightly involved and it's been years) and she worked herself hard to recreate the >12 page text plus citation.
Not intentional deletion but nerve wrecking none the less.
Call Centre Manager and Supervisor . Should have been Punted Immediately . Workplace harassment and Bullying . Not acceptable at managerial level .
Hahahaha . Cart Wars .
Always remember; "ain't been read ain't been said".
Op should've grabbed a lot of shopping carts and formed a circle around that fools car to trap her car in place so she would be unable to get in.
why? why that manager do that?
if that manager succeed, whats going to happen anyway? If that was a success instead, the company has one less employee, she wont get a raise.
Hey RedWheel just watched a skateboarding video on Facebook and you did the voice over on it. Small world
Last: OP was doin' nuthin'. He should have put the cart back "where it belonged", one more time!
I was hoping op from the first call would be promoted to supervisor, but close enough.
If somebody deletes your files, if you didn't have a fresh backup, it's YOUR fault.
No - it’s the fault of the idiot deleting the files.
Culture of “im special” really is endless i guess.
Never mess with an IT Guy !
GREAT STORIES! Love the DIRECTOR ! Should have put the cart behind the TAHOE "AGAIN"!
My bet is op was doing so well that she could have gotten a raise or something, which the manager didn’t want to give
First story: Man, those two need some MAJOR retaliation. Personal retaliation.
HORRIBLE vindictive retaliation.
GOOD MORNING ALL!! HAPPY EASTER!!!
Thank you! Maybe by next year our church can open again.
Promise of eternal life plus an excuse to eat chocolate, truly a day to be happy!
Hey is there a way for you to put this in Spotify as a podcast. I would love to listen to it while playing games or doing other things and don’t want my device open all the time.
Having a paper trail is something HR LOVES, makes their job so much easier
Or ruins them...
Call center work sucks. I use to work at 3 different call centers and each was tiresome for so many reasons; almost all had to do with supervisors and managers.
I love these. I only don't believe them. Not that they didn't happen it's just there is no way to verify these. They could have been fired correctly and we would have no way to know.
It sounded like the manager wanted to fire op to hire one of friends or family and picked the wrong person
Okay, the first one is very suspect. No one gets 100% review scores, and never consistently. 95%? Maybe, but 100%? Never unless you are a god at your job
❤ it's Christmas time and I'm a big white van you can't see me backing up then how dumb I am
LMAO!!! I would’ve moved the cart back again hahahaha!!!
That call center supervisor and manager should have been fired on the spot. They’re not right for those positions and will consistently give people problems and cause the company major issues.
"No, dont look at him.." like gus fring vibes all the way
Damn you have a great voice, I know your US but just can't place the accent. Nothing weird I just like how you sound
I would of hid behind my car and kept pushing the cart behind her car so every time she backed up she hit the cart
And story 3 is why I prefer to reverse park
Always keep a spare and a spare for the spare and a spare for the spare if the spare
Story #1 op should have sued the call center for not firing those 2 vile and repugnant supervisor and manager. That would have a nuclear revenge.
Can't be done and what happened to them was humiliating and far worse!
@@allyce7540 criminals don't care about humiliations.
The worse the got was only getting fired.
@@navigatorofnone The moment OP tried to sue that call center, which btw wouldn't have worked, he would've lost all his friends in upper management and the company itself.
@@bellion6422 what friends?
@@navigatorofnone The friend in upper management that helped him get rid of the them, and all of the people who vouched for him being a good worker.
man, i saw this tumbnail and wanted to watch but then this generic music started and im like "nope, bye"
10:07 just push the cart behind her car. lol problem solved. yeah some people are like that.
' Deleted Your all Files ' what does that mean?
For the last one, zip tie to her rear bumper
How was that manager that deleted information and lied so repeatedly not fired????
I’ve had just about the exact same thing happen to me except I could never document anything. Shit like this can really sour someone and be tramatic when you’re giving 110% and get treated like shit for no apparent reason or a reason that you would never guess would happen to you. Discrimination is a real thing especially with small minded people who concern themselves with ones sexuality as a reason one should or should not have a job. Shit like that when you’re still new in the world only sets it up for a lifetime of bullshit and resentment
everywhere it's the same, incompetent fools try to drag down great employee. thank god the high ups can see the problem objectively here.
like the shopping trolly i would have put it on the roof and moved round abit.
Why drag lovely, poor Terri Hatcher into this? A lovely Lois Lane & I heard a great villain in another film. Keep her angelic face out of it.
Something like this happened once. I didn’t have any back up emails or anything as it didn’t get to that point.
But I did ask the main supervisor if that really sounded like something I would do or say, as long as she’s known me.
She immediately, stopped, thought about it and said I could go back to my desk.
The lead wasn’t there much longer after that. 🤷🏾♂️
If it is true that the both had disliked you for years and we're talking about you behind your back as you stated towards the end of this video than why were they supposedly heaping praise upon you with compliments , Certificates and 100% reviews. Doesn't make sense. It's a cute story and all but I call BS on it's validity
My guess is that they suddenly decided that mc is too successful and wanted to weed out the competition.
You know how girls are, rather bankrupt a company than do hard work.
It's a "Mean Girls" play. You lie to someone's face with a smile while plotting against them.
I would have moved it a second time.🤣😂
HELL YEAH !!!!!Props to you bro!!! way to be a responsible awesome employee.
Printing and backing up files/emails offsite at my company would get you fired as fast as smacking someone on the ass!!
first story was fine but second story, dude just move the freaking cart, it's not like she ranmed your car with it or something
Well I heard one guy zipped tied a shopping cart to a woman's bumper? She was hot
Zip ties rule
As to the first story the stupid visor and mis manager got what they deserved. Deflated egos and put in their place. Since the mis manager quit she can't collect unemployment. And the stupid visor is no longer in charge. As to the second story you can't have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.
Working in different office jobs I found it is important to keep a paper trail and cover your ass.. hell in any job anything that is agreed upon its best to get it in writing.
How about a hot cup of coffee and you’re fired today Karen. Thanks for the great stories RedWheel✊♥️😽
This is my favorite reddit channel
The manger wanted to get him fired for some reason
Now i thonk about it i think she tried to fire him is becauce she lazy and he a hard worker so she want to leep her reperation for her job
Good morning RedWheel !
Enjoyed, but not subbing, weird projection of female clickbait, not watching anymore.
Walmart in Houma Louisiana, a couple was unloading their groceries into their minivan when I got in my deisel F-250. I started the engine and put it in reverse (I'm parked to their left side) the man closed the rear of the van and rolled his cart Behind Me! Instantly Pissed Off I got out and went to the cart, grabbed the handle and rammed it into the back of the van, Hard, Several Times! Dented and scratched the Hell out of it! ... Went to the drivers door and they both looked Scared to death. I screamed to put your cart in the Right Spot, and to Dare put it behind me again! I left and they just sat there... I hope he's not still being so rude! I smiled all the way home 😁
Heck yeah can't stand when people don't walk 20 feet and put their carts in the stable but deliberately putting it behind your car is just asking for a verbal response if not a physical one
@@alanbrooks3670 , I dented the Shit out of his rear gate! Instant Justice 😁
Well written story.
