I think the earlier levels of the scrapped outlaw rework would be like a normal ranger but in the later levels you could control it to do 300 and then 1k dmg per shot and have a long cooldown and make it be able to Pierce

Look at the gun outlaw used during 2020, the model itself is actually kind of basic if you compare it to tds after the hardcore update, and it fits the similar theme to the gun that is on the Railgunner Ranger.
