@@emilyjames3110 if youre still interested, a side parted and swept fringe with heavy layers would be a good description however going to a hairdresser with this hairstyle in mind isnt a particularly good idea. most hairdressers dont really understand it i guess you could say? and generally butcher it so the results look awful. id recommend training your hair to part the way you want for a few weeks before such a dramatic cut. it took me a few months for my hair to lay the way i want but it was totally worth the process. to get the layers hair thinning shears would do and wouldnt damage your hair. i recommend watching tutorials on how to add dramatic layers to your hair first though
