I’m so glad i bought mine the first week it became available. Its usefulness is expanding week by week. Unlike my heftier and costlier big-name fixed-blades, this knife is super handy in the kitchen and is a joy to use whether I am peeling an apple or slicing a taro root. The spine against any ferro rod creates seriously productive sparks:) Re-sharpening literally takes only a minute of stropping. Knife itself is so light. Carry it everywhere.

Hey FELIX I take it your the SAK REPRESENTATIVE. Please if you could I have noticed less saks with the magnify glass being produced. I think a great bushmaster sak would have the following as a new model.
    1. Large blade and small blade
    2. Saw
    3.magnify glass
    4.awl
    5.can and bottle openers
    6.carry hook
    7. Cork screw
Then toothpick, tweezers, and the ferro rod.
Perfect for all conditions for fire starting and preparation. Magnify glass on clear day and ferro for wet conditions. What do think? Please suggest such a model as I would buy it and most likely plenty others . 🤔😉👍🤝🤞🙏

Love the knife but to be honest, I don't like the microstructure on the front of the handle. It created a hot spot on my hand when I was carving the other day. Otherwise, I love this knife.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! What exactly was the problem?

    • @Limicola1
      @Limicola1 Год назад

I just found that the microstructure on the surface at the top front of the handle irritated the web of my hand while carving enought to create a hot spot. I ended up finishing my carving with a Mora Garberg. I was carving seasoned oak to use for a mallet head.@@FelixImmler I will probably sand it smooth.

The only thing I really didn't like is that you jammed the blade with a club during the intro. It's just misleading for people who have now practical experience and jump on the rolling "bushcrafting" train. Please leave those scenes for the two imbeciles who try to destroy virtually any knife they get in their hands.

Victorinox should have branded your name on it. FYI, I have never really cared about a particular knife in my life. If it cuts, I use it. I owned a Victorinox Camper for years, but never carried it. Since watching Felix, I started carrying it as my preferred pocket folding knife. And always used any fixed blade knife. But now, I'm seriously debating the pro version of this particular knife. Shut up, and take my money.
Just kidding, don't shut up. But take my money.

Well done on your input in developing this knife.
Very practical knife and kudos to making it flat ground for all purpose use. Scandi grind is great but limited use only.
Steel selection is good too for the intended purpose.
It is unfortunate though a lot people are testing it as if it is a pry bar and break it, you can break any knife like doing so. Just use the knife as it is intended to be used, not as an axe or pry bar.
    Keep it up.
    Cheers
