India is so sophisticated, intelligent, proper spoken and well put together. Corey is as well,but India is something out of this world. I hope she takes her time with relationships and just like her life. Whoever she ends up with will be lucky.

What a good interview with great questions. Love that the interviewer asked the background of India’s name. Haven’t seen anyone else asking her that. India is always so poised and so well spoken. Very intelligent. She really is THE QUEEN 👸🏽
India has a class, intelligence and a sophistication far beyond her young years. She puts Me in the mind of a British version of Zendaya who incidentally is biracial as well with a black father and white mother and both lovely young Queens are Virgos. Such similarities! Also, she began co-starring in the Spider-Man films at the age of 21, the same age India is now, btw, where she acted alongside her current boyfriend Tom Holland. NOW, I AM NOT SAYING she and Corey are embarking on a relationship, however, one thing is abundantly clear, they have a wonderfully adorable chemistry and bond and it is beyond clear that Corey has a deep and abiding affinity and affection for India.
India, India, India you are a gem inside and out. The eloquence, brilliance and assertiveness of yours shines through in each and every interview or social encounter. Can’t wait to see more and more of you onscreen.🌟

I have watched a lot of their interviews whether together or separate and I'm very impressed with how in such a young age they are both so eloquent and thoughtful in their responses. Kudos to the interviewer as well. His questions were also thoughtful and respectful.

This reporter is a hero after his followup interview with Corey and India. He asked Corey if he was in awe of India like George was with Charlotte in the show. He said to Corey “don’t lie” and all Corey could do was stutter and finally say India is amazing 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you!!! A lot of the interviews conducted by female interviewers were second hand embarrassing! It was really cringe-worthy seeing that gem gush over him like school girls while forgetting that India is the start of the show and led the production!

Rooting for a second season because I actually think there's plenty more story to tell with Young King George and Queen Charlotte - lots of opportunities for parallels and contrasts between the [younger] Georgian era and [older] Regency era characters, especially as it pertains to the way Augusta and Charlotte parented. Clearly, Augusta is devoted to her child whereas Charlotte is clearly devoted to her husband. I'd also like to know what happens with Parliament once Princess Augusta retires and how Charlotte's (and George, obviously) affected by her eventual death? How does the American War for Independence impact Charlotte and their marriage? And Brimsley! - what happens with him and Reynolds? So many questions that need answers.
Yes I completely agree! Especially when Princess Augusta said she and George was abused by the late king George’s grandfather. That most definitely probably started or contributed to George’s mental health decline.
These questions are really great, one of good interviews I watch for QC

They have cast a spell on the entire planet and all who has watched the series. Even if it is temporary. I say this entire experience is bigger than Corey, India and all of us. They, and the characters they played have mesmerized us all. Wishing them all the best and hopefully a life long friendship.

Queen Elizabeth acknowledged her Affican and Asian ancestry soon after her coronation. She never denied this and her last formal portrait is in front of a portrait of Queen Charlotte. You have to be familiar with the portrait to recognize it because only Queen Charlotte's skirt and dog are showing.

I know India & Corey are SUPPOSED to be "GenXers", BUT they feel OLDER to me---like from a previous generation. I LOVE their honesty, maturity & sophistication. Even in the series---the SAME! LOVE them! AND I love that the interviewer asked really good questions ---ESPECIALLY the one about Queen Charlotte "possibly" being queen with African ancestry. India's answer was absolutely PERFECT. SO MUCH of Black contributions in history around the world have been dismissed/erased. There existed such a pervasive attitude that Black people were/are "sub-human"; viewed in stereotypical ways. That they should be treated in such an inhumane manner. Should be INVISIBLE. WHO would EVER beleive that THEY invented/created/contributed to the history of man in any way, EXCEPT to serve as slaves??? ALL LIES! The history being taught in schools IS NOT ACCURATE. EVEN if QC did not have much African blood OR not at all--African royalty DID exist and portraying that on-screen is NOT some "far-fetched" thing. SR simply CHOSE to imagine that the "rumors" were TRUE in HER version of the history of QC & KG III's relationship. India portrayed QC BRILLIANTLY!

The question was about their characters, that answer made no sense other than to quell down the shipper fans I believe or maybe she's mad at Corey for some reason. The Brazil interactions were not as warm and affectionate as before.

@@DeeMontezx1 because his gf was there and based on what I’ve heard from people on the ground in Brazil, she’s quite insecure and had issues with some of their interactions in past interviews/time while filming. Stupid if you ask me because they are friend/colleagues and nothing more! Furthermore, India is young but very mature and professional, and her image is important to her. She’s not going to get involved with anyone who’s in a relationship. Someone who saw an interaction between him and the gf said that was likely the reason he was so standiff-ish with India at TUDUM. The person said it’s like Corey works for the gf and not Shondaland 😂

I felt the need to address some people's belief that India is all of sudden being "coldly disassociative" towards Corey. I actually think that India, in her maturity, is quite perceptive regarding Corey and his gf if she has had any interaction with her and if what has been rumored about Corey's gf seemly being somewhat insecure, I believe that India is taking "seemingly mean brotherly-like jabs" at him not out of anger or jealousy born of romantic inclinations towards him but is doing so in order to not only distance him a bit from her, because he does seem to be quite enamored with her understandably so, but also to give his gf some peace of mind. I've no doubt, his gf has watched every interview, looked at every photo and as of lately, is looking at the recently posted onset downtime interactions between India and Corey some of which have appeared quite playful and cozy. In one interview, they even mentioned how they spent time in each other's rooms, (void of referencing any other castmates being in their company), snacking while binge watching TV shows and movies, which in My opinion is not necessary to have a good working and onscreen chemistry, therefore, even if their times spent together in such a way was purely simple and virtuous, there is still the potential for a deeper bond being forged which understandably can put seeds of concern in his gf's mind. With that being said, India is in the dawn of her career and if she is smart, she does not want and will not allow anyone or anything to threaten her upward trajectory by sullying her name and tarnishing her reputation by potentially being accused of causing a rife in someone's relationship. So I feel that India's perceived "snarkiness" towards Corey is her attempt at putting some distance between herself and Corey to a certain degree but I'm sure if she does have a platonic fondness for him, being a bit standoffish towards him even though she knows it's for her own self-preservation is not easy for her.
It's not that deep to be pratically writing essays about it. They are clearly setting boundaries regarding overzealous fans. They are fine off camera, I have no doubt about that. They are also snarky with each other all the time, british sarcasm.

Late to party here, but that gesture by India when Corey mentioned the hook up culture! Please don't tell me they hooked up and then he still remained with the girlfriend because that bombastic side eye from India when she mentioned how emotional they both are was not necessarily about George and Charlotte I'm afraid! ; (
India is lovely in every way and clearly very intelligent, but she's misrepresenting a bit by talking as though it's proven fact that queen charlotte was mixed race... my understanding is that charlotte's ancestry was overwhelmingly white, with some possible african heritage many generations back. She almost certainly looked completely caucasian, and sadly the hearsay about her having 'african features' was probably intended as an insult in an openly racist and white supremacist society.
I'm white and if I discovered that I had a black ancestor hundreds of years ago I would think that was really cool and interesting but I wouldn't necessarily think of myself as 'mixed race', any more than most of us are by default. I have 2% jewish blood - a lot of people do - but I don't think of myself as jewish, because that ancestry is so far back that it has no bearing on my own family background.
I think the idea of charlotte being noticeably and proudly a woman of colour is a super fascinating AU to explore, and QC:ABS does it wonderfully, but it is a completely fictional alternate reality.
