A lot of people probably look at this as just some generic, annoying pop song that nobody cares about anymore, but not me. Every once in a while I'll come back to this song and remember all the times I was made fun of for being the weird girl in the back of the room who didn't have many friends. And this song was what helped me realize that I shouldn't let anyone bring me down, because I was I special and I was beautiful, too.
I remember getting her Metamorphosis album when I was 7 or 8, and she became my favorite artists. Now I'm almost 21 and I still love all her songs so much. Especially this one, I haven't heard it in so long and I appreciate it so much more now.

I admit that i had an unacceptable obsession with her as a child. i Would buy every single Lizzie McGuire book from the book orders from school. and i bought every one of her cds. Even now, almost 10 years later, i still know all the words to her songs. I can not thank her enough for being such a great role model and helping me get through those hard years everyone has to go though! Even now that i am 17 i still look up to her! Thanks Hilary!
