    The meat needs to be marinated with a mix of yogurt, spices, nut powder, and fried onions.
    The recipe actually just melts in your mouth and the aroma is mind-blowing.
    The mince is cooked with aromatic spices and fresh herbs and then is smoked to give it this intense mouth-watering flavor.
    Ingredients:
    ✅ Minced meat - 500 gm or 1/2 kg
    ✅ Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    ✅ Salt to taste
    ✅ Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 tsp
    ✅ Peanut (Cheena Badam) - 100gm
    ✅ Poppy Seeds (Posto Dana) - 50g or 4 tbsp
    ✅ Coconut Powder (Khopra) - 50g or 4 tbsp
    ✅ Oil - 1/2 cup
    ✅ Onion, sliced - 2
    ✅ Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 tsp
    ✅ Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - 1 tsp
    ✅ Curd 1/2 kg or 500gm
    ✅ Coriander (Dhaniya) & Mint Leaves (Pudina) - 1 Handful
    ✅ Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 4
    ✅ Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    ✅ Lemon juice of 1 lemon
    ✅ Elaichi (Cardamom Powder) - 1 tsp
