My interests, part 9, school work

My interest in Kate Winslet helped me with my school work, but also helped me to broaden my interests in other areas. Eventually the interest faded out, after a decade, as I became increasingly concerned about my place in society. I became interested in trying to find out what was different about me, which ultimately led to my diagnosis of Asperger's.

Hello. Your new setting is nice - I like the simple look, and the lighting is good as well.
You’ve mentioned in other videos, your special interest in food, but hadn't said whether you also enjoyed cooking. Cooking is one of my special interests. In my later teens I started asking my mother to teach me certain dishes and techniques, many she had in turn, learned from my grandmother.
Something fascinating to me is, how did people, over time, discover the process of some preparations, like making cheese or bread for example - there’s quite a few steps and chemical reactions involved. Fun to think about.
Perhaps you might share some of the things you enjoy cooking.
