unless you are a narcissistic socio path, lying is very tiresome. it drains your energy. and leads to constant worry about being found out. balance the checkbook, have a bit left over every month, and speak your truth. be the rock. you dont have to change the world. let it change around you.

The trouble with gold as a 'currency' is the cumbersome nature of the physicality of use. So the only way is to have a 'gold-backed' exchange which works in practice. But in this day, Bitcoin is the new flavour, but Munger called it 'Artificial Money' !

I think Bitcoin shows promise as an asset class but if it ever gets adopted as money, that is quite a long ways off.
