I’ll give Emily the benefit of the doubt for sleeping with Gabriel…she tried to keep her distance but he ended up kissing her and she caved in, got lost in the moment and slept with him. Plus, she already had a crush on Gabriel, kissed him before knowing he was in a relationship, and she was friends with Camille for about 5 minutes. But what makes me crazy is, instead of just being honest after given several opportunities, Emily keeps up a charade with Camille to look like a goodie good. And she kept trying to force Gabriel and Camille back together knowing Gabriel’s heart isn’t in it.
Gabriel is one of the main ones to blame because he hid that he had a gf, kept dating Camille though he wanted to be with Emily, wasn’t honest with Camille, then got right back with Camille the moment he realized Emily wasn’t going to get with him. So poor Camille has just been on the back burner while Gabriel figured out things with Emily.
And Camille was originally the victim but when she made that pact just to get back with Gabriel, it was kind of a turn off for me. It kind of shows that she’s not much of a victim. And she continued being friends with Emily for whatever reason, though she was clearly not over it and kept making snide remarks to Emily.
They’re all immature and stuck in high school.

When they were together Gabrielle And Camille were broken up and Emily thought they were never gonna see eachother again after that. When Gabrielle Stayed she tried so hard to push her feeling aside to make sure Camille was okay. And get Them back together. She is not manipulative or selfish. The whole season is about her trying to make things right even tho it hurts her.

What crack are you guys on lol- she didn't care about Camille's feelings if she was okay with her being lied to by Gabrielle just for the sake of redemption. So ofc Gabrielle looks unhappy in the end; he took back Camille just for Emily's sake, not his own, and Emily is still unhappy with it lmao. This show is the epitome of poor plot devices for furthering a show's longevity 💀
All of Emily's "fixing" is to avoid the consequences of her actions, which is all produced from avoidance of her feelings. She's not really taking responsibility of her feelings with Gabriel, she's just throwing herself in the opposite direction and hoping it's a quick fix for her emotions. No surprise a few episodes later she can't keep it up. Sylvie said multiple times "there's no quick fix for betraying a friend", just like there's no quick fix for getting over someone. This show is pulling out every trope to get this 'kept apart' tension to last, no matter how many love interests or friends (or clients!) are thrown under the bus.

Gabriel’s character is so poorly written. Why he is still dragging along a relationship with Camille is not even making any sense anymore. Love is not convenience. If you fall out of love with someone and develop feelings for someone else at least have the decency to let the person know. And if the other person who you are in love with now is not interested in having a relationship for whatever reason it doesn’t mean you have to just be in the previous relationship because it was convenient. Man up end that relationship and try being single for a while 😐
to be fair to Camille, we're only seeing things from Emily's POV. We have no idea what Gabriel has been telling Camille and he's never said whether he still loves her or not.

Emily and Gabriel are just meant for each other. They have so much fun together & their chemistry. It’s clear that Camille wasn’t willing to give up her life in Paris for Gabriel’s dreams. As soon as they switched she was all for him again, so I’m 100% rooting for Emily and Gabriel. Alfie was a great character, but definitely deserved better than being one of Emily’s flings.
Guys, here's something. Alfie and Emily can be true love. But Gabriel and Emily are epic love. Emily may be happy and comfortable with Alife, but with Gabriel she feels full of love. And as a matter of fact, both the audience needs epic love. The audience is satisfied with this. If Emily just gets the true love, there's nothing to watch. But love with ups and downs makes you watch. To be satisfied, it must be Emily Gabriel.

No doubt Emily and Gabriel have chemistry and feelings for each other. The reason why they not yet together is of course Emily who wanted to fix everything feeling guilty because of Camille. I agree she made a mistake sleeping with Gabriel even though they had broken up with Camille, but she was trying so hard to make a things right and help Camille and Gabriel go back together. What's more she was trying to get rid of her feelings to Gabriel, that's whole situation must be hard to her.
Gabriel is so in love in Emily. He's jealous and I think he felt betrayed when he saw Emily and Alfie together and she told him that Alfie was the true reason why she haven't decided to start something with him. How it looks? Emily didn't want to be in serious relationship with him because of distance, but still dates different guys. I think he felt less important.
Camille was really nice to her and I unsterdstand that they hurt her, but what she did with her parents was so immature. Little girl wants something and have to get it no matter what. Forcing love is not right, manupulating friends also. And I don't really get her - how she can be with someone knowing that he lost his feeling to her and is in love with someone else. Inviting them to parent's house was the worst situation ever. Three of them after all? For what? That's a sick.
Gabriel also should told Camille that he no longer feels the same way to her and admit about being in love with Emily. If he was honest maybe it wouldn't be so many misunderstandings. The worst is the fact that he is with her again, feeling something to different girl. I don't get it. But for sure he loves Emily, maybe being with Camille again is the way he wants to lose feeling to Emily, but it's not right. Also being with someone who doesn't make you happy does not have a sense.
Emily shoudn't date Alfie since she realizes what's she really wants. And of course this is Gabriel, so still dating Alfie is so not right, especially that he told her how commited with her is and it's serious relationship to him. Poor Alfie tries to believe them (that they just a friends), but I think he feels that's something not right. Emily should tell him the truth.
So if they want to be together and we all know that they want, they shoud really stop pretending, break up with them partners and start to date. Of course it will hurt Camille and Alfie, but it's better than being with someone who is love in someone else.

This is a bitter sweet situation with Gabriel, Emily and Alfie.
Emily met Gabriel when he was in a relationship so it was the wrong time for her to start anything with him. However they developed a friendship while supressing feelings they had for each other. Gabriel was wrong to not tell Camille about the kiss with Emily.
Gabriel stayed in Paris after he broke up with Camille to pursue a relationship with Emily. Unfortunately for Camille it meant that he had chosen to be with Emily.
Emily trying to be a good friend to Camille felt responsible for the break up and decided to suppress her feelings for Gabriel and push Gabriel and Camille back together.
This is when Alfie came into the picture. Emily has feelings for Gabriel but cannot explore them so she runs towards Alfie because he is less complicated and fun. He represents all that Gabriel is not.
However it is bitter sweet at the end of this season because Emily in reality had no one. Alfie chose her, but she loved Gabriel, and he already moved on with Camille even though he clearly had feelings for Emily.
To be fair she has mindy! And her job.

What do we learn ? Be HONEST! Be honest to your friends and to the person you like. Tell them about your feelings, especially when they feel the same way. There is so much investment into these characters so I get everyone's feelings. Face it all 3 of them are messed up in this situation and hopefully they figure it out in season 3. Messy TV is sometimes the best TV because you just dont know where its going to go next.

I really feel the only way the writers are gonna make Emily and Gabriel work is for Camille to realize she's not in love with Gabriel anymore. Maybe Camille will fall in love with someone else or just realize she's happier being single.
Honestly, I wouldn't be so angry to Gabriel that he chose to go back to Camille, because the whole series he's been neglected by Emily and Emily seems so easily moving on with Alfie, which doesn't make sense and so unfair for Gabriel if he stays longing for Emily. G only wants to make a reasonable relationship.

And Camille is a terrible person who doesn't love Gabriel. She just wants to make sure that Emily doesn't get him. Camille's behavior has been awful, and I question anyone who feels sympathy for her. Gabriel clearly doesn't want her, he just believed he'd never have Emily again.

She’s all but sweet and kind and friendly to emily, until emily and gabriel started to cheat on her. Now go find your brain or your morals and stop defending cheaters and painting the real victims as villains. You know what, cami is even kind tho even after knowing emily and gabriel cheated on her. If i were her, i would have slapped emily until until she’ll get plastic surgery and kick gabriel’s balls until he’s do a surgery for a new one.

Remember at the end of the episode when emily is ready to confess her feelings to gabriel just proves that she also is breaking their pinky finger pact. So yeah what’s the diff?
