I am from Andalusia, the south of Spain, the Mediterranean and I have to tell you that you have captured the essence of our architecture, the colors, the vibe... very good work, this house does represent the Mediterranean style of today without so many tiles. I love it very much! 🤌🏼🤍

Guys I watched a few of your renovations now and I must say, these are of the best I've seen. Your color combinations, the feel, the use of spaces, it's just truly perfect. I love it ! It's minimal, clean and soft but practical and warm. You are like a cool breeze on a hot summer day.

The reno is beautiful however I feel much of the original charm has been lost. I don’t really see Mallorca or the inspiration shown in the photos beyond the use of white. Again your work is always beautiful but it’s also all very much the same. I’d love to see you guys evolve and experiment with new textures and colors etc.
Yes!!!! I was thinking the same thing! This home now looks very trendy and I don't see any trace of the original charm and character. 😔
It is amazing what they have done in its own right and I agree, its missing that actually Reno touch but I guess that's why people hire them because they want these finishes and style. I think because we as the viewer/audience see the same thing time and time again we almost get bored and want to see the team experiment. No hate all at, I love their style and can't wait to see what's next!!!
Hit the nail on the head!! It feels like no matter what house they take they turn it into cut and paste with subtle differences and every house is "their most challenging" its the same drama every time 😂 I know theyd never do it, but id love to see their take on gothic moody vibes 😂
The house had no charm to begin with but I agree with you for the most part.
I am from Spain and this house is beautiful but nothing like the Mediterranean style. It does not have personality either, I hope the family will with time. For me the least interesting feature is the white stone, that is not Mediterranean at all!

I absolutely love this property, the butlers/laundry is my favourite one that you have done so far. All the beautiful curves /arches and soft shapes/lines that give texture but promote serenity. I would be there doing laundry with soft Spanish jazz music playing and drinking lattes!!! The kitchen is stunning as always and the stone work/fire place is stylish and cozy at the same time and is what makes this property next level, its a work of art! Beautiful work ladies. I can't wait to see the rest.

IMPRESSIVE! Love the windows, the kitchen, laundry, butler's, dining - the wall, I think I would like pointed & that sort of duck-egg blue/green is my favourite colour - love the Luxaflex drapes as well... Oh & the views from the terrace aren't bad! Nice one, Three Birds! Oh yes, and the ceiling... ACE!

Absolutely phenomenal! I love the sculptural curves in this house. I live in the ME so this is our build style here and considered old fashioned, but you three have managed to give it modern twists that are really inspirational. My favorite parts are the dining room benches with the wavey cushion and the picture window, and that butler kitchen!!! From the sneak-peek of the next episode I know I'm going to do a lot of screen grabs this series:) You're such an inspiration!!!

wow, wow! love it! the thought, purpose behind everything was marvellous. Love that they didnt have rugs and lamps everywhere! The floors in & out perfection. the walls, ceiling wow! The detail behind the stove (cooker )back wall. And the others through out. Love that everything wasn't match-y. Love that in the kitchen you have gold, black, copper like. The lighting on that wall behind the cooker. Perfect. Loved the ceiling panels. The arches, love em. Love that each space came together even though each space had its own personality. Thank you Three birds! Above & beyond. I'm sure it exceeded the expectations of the home owners. Dreamy!

There are so many awesome parts to this design that I can't mention everything, but i'm not liking the tiny laundry in the butlers at all. Something about laundry and food so close together grosses me out. I would think a family would need more of a laundry room than that to be functional. It would also be really helpful if you were to give us an idea of $$$ on your projects. Always watch you guys whenever I'm feeling homesick, love what you do ☺
I love the House it really is absolutely perfect. I would always put the laundry upstairs though.

Looks great…but a real mixture between art deco as well with the ceiling treatment. love the colour choices throughout. Not a fan of the bull nose edge and the backsplash where the range is located looks ‘wrong’ to me. Looks like it is just stuck on the back wall…and the shape,looks English country, not Mediterranean. I would replace that. The dining area is simply gorgeous. Love love love. Can’t wait to see the rest!
