    Adjust the sound to a comfortable volume
    1. 얼굴, 어깨, 팔, 다리 순으로 근육에 힘을 뺀 채 이완시키세요
    Relax your muscles in the order of your face, shoulders, arms, and legs.
    2. 누운 상태에서 어깨를 최대한 발 쪽으로 내려가도록 늘어뜨립니다. 팔뚝과 손목까지 모두 힘을 빼줍니다
    Let your shoulders hang down to your feet as far as possible. It relieves both forearms and wrists.
    3. 상체에 이어, 하체에도 힘을 뺍니다. 허벅지부터 종아리, 발목, 발까지 순서대로 힘을 빼 줍니다.
    Following the upper body, the lower body is also relieved. From the thighs to the calves, ankles, and feet, relax in order.
    4. 마지막으로 심호흡을 천천히 3회 반복하면서 온 몸에 힘과 긴장을 풀어 줍니다.
    Take deep breaths slowly and repeat 3 times to relieve tension and strength throughout the body.
    5. 머릿속 모든 생각을 비우고 판단이나 감정을 무심하게 놓아주세요~!
    Please empty all thoughts in your head and let your judgments and feelings indifferent~!
    6. 배 위에 누워 바다를 둥둥 떠내려가는 상상을 합니다.
    Imagine lying on a boat and floating in the sea.
    7. 푹 쉬세요. 굿나잇~!

    혀 끝을 아래의 앞니 뒤의 피부에 닿도록 합니다. Touch the tip of the tongue to the skin behind the lower front teeth.
    2.입으로 완전히 숨을 내쉬면서 "후~"하고 소리를 냅니다.
    Exhale completely through your mouth and make a sound "Woo~".
    3. 입을 닫고 코를 통해 4초 가량 조용히 숨을 들이마십니다.
    Close your mouth and inhale quietly for about 4 seconds through your nose.
    4. 7초간 숨을 참고, 8초간 다시 숨을 내뱉습니다.(이것이 1회의 호흡법입니다.)
    Hold your breath for 7 seconds and exhale again for 8 seconds. (This is one breathing method.)
    이 과정을 3번 더 반복합니다.
    Repeat this process 3 more times.
