Well he used to move around when he handed his guitar over to Pat. But thank god that phase is over. It was so awkward to see Rivers dance around and Pat in front of the kit.
😢😢😢 HOW this wasn't done in a studio and been released as an actual version is tragic!!! Come back to this year's later and still no good quality version....but i can literally hear how epic it woulda been being there and I wasn't.. But how good it would be in a studio version!!! 😢😭😭😭
The only problem I have with their most recent songs is how they don't leave much room for the awesome guitar riffs and just as much guitar at all. Rivers can play incredibly well. Like when he was in his metal band some of that stuff made me almost speechless. It carried on until around 2002. Don't get me wrong I do like "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived" but it isn't very Weezer to me.
Have you listened to their new album? There's a ton of amazing guitar work on there. The solo to Ain't Got Nobody is fantastic. And the album ends with a 3-part instrumental. So rad.
Great performance of a great song! The addition of Hayley makes it even better...love both bands and would love to see a studio collabration...mabye even re record this song as a duet...that would be awesome!
