Hi Guys!!! When I went by my local Home Depot, the Black Friday deals looked a lot like last year. However, one thing that was new were GearWrench socket sets, wrenches, etc. in-store. Great to see that. Have an awesome, blessed week everybody! :-)

Agreed so far DeWalt smoking Milwaukee early in holiday season. Milwaukee still offering 18650 cell battery deals with older brushed tools. Last year they offered the M18 12.0 & 8.0 HO batteries for $199. that was a deal, don't see it coming back this year.
They slacking cuz, just don’t know what Milwaukee is thinking!

I've said it before. If you are just a guy with a house that needs some tools. Ryobi works. I bought my first combo set of the old blue nicad in 2003, I put them through it and they never failed. I have since updated to the Lithium Ion stuff and again, they always work. I am not a contractor, I wouldn't buy them if I was, but to call them garbage is silly. They do the job they are meant to do.
Honestly the meme about just choosing your favorite color isn't that far off for non power users. You have to go bargain basement to find subpar power tools. You can basically walk into a Home Depot or Lowes and be confident you are getting a capable tool (and thats a good thing).
@VCG Construction. Vince, thank you for taking the time to do all these videos. Working in the Construction field daily these help me to make an educated purchase for me to better complete my jobs. Yesterday after work my truck was broken into and as soon as I was done talking the cops this notification came up for this video. I know what the derty theifs took(2 packouts full of osha safty gear). I always enjoy watching/ lessening to your reviews and tips on the way home from job sites. It definitely put me at ease before I got home. God bless and keep it up.

I got that 120 piece milewaukee driver bit set i love it, I also got the 2 m12 batteries for 100, and the 2 25ft milwaukee tape measures for 15 bucks......I got 13 ft standout with those milwaukee tape

I don’t think his Home Depot had it but my Home Depot had a build your own tool combo pack from Rigid 3 tools for 265 or 4 tools for 340!! You can choose from a sawzall , impact, 2 battery and charger starter pack, grinder, drill. Lots different options for 340. Definitely look out for this at Home Depot deal is good till January.
Defiant puck lights w/ remote! $15 with batteries. Vince, you walked right past a hidden gem. My inclosed trailer light does not work if its not hooked to my truck. For the money i was impressed by the puck lights. They are magnetic with a stick on washer. So easy to install. If you hunting in the dark you can grab the nearest one to search in cubbies or tool bins. Then it magnets back on its home. For $15, roll the dice on these and tell me what you think?

Just was shopping. For dewalt. It looks like HD is offering the 7 1/4 circ. With the 4/6 amp battery. Lowe’s is offering 5/5 amp batteries and 6 1/2 saw
I've been holding out and waiting for black friday. I have to tell you that I'm so unimpressed! Especially considering the past year we've had! Previous black friday sales were so much better. This year .....meh...
Really? 4 Makita tools 2 batteries and charger for $399 that's pretty good imo. I bought the same 2 piece kit here (Australia) with 3 5 ah batteries for $480 USD euiv.
DeWalt deals are pretty damn good as are makita. Milwaukee is the one that shut the bed. So maybe if you’re team Milwaukee only,,I would agree, but otherwise i think you’re nuts
@@atamagashock ok yeah if your in the market for drills and impact drivers you probably love the deals ! But ,if your in the market for 10 inch table saws,routers and router tables or miter saws or any other larger power tools your out of luck! Seriously how many times you going to buy new hand power tools. I don't know about you but I already have a good collection of the smaller power tools. Previous years you could buy a 12 inch miter saw for a minimum of 100 dollars off and some big box stores even thru in a free stand. Same for router tables etc... again this year "MEH"....
Ryobi is absolutely the best deal going. All these tools are going to outlast their batteries, anyway. Ryobi is finally putting out serious tools with good power. The platform with the most options and it’s the cheapest. It’s also usually cheaper throughout the year, too. I can appreciate you stating your opinion about Milwaukee, and I appreciate you making sure you say it’s just how you feel about it. Great video!
I went to Lowe’s on Thursday and scored 2 free tools. From the power detect line. Was loving it. I walked away with over $500 in savings 😊 As for Home Depot I might go on Sunday to get some drill/driver bit accessories or a dewalt tool box
Missed the Livestream, but DEWALT ToughCase 2.0, just scored it Tuesday for $149!!!! They had $199 signs, no advertisements for promo anywhere, but came up as $149 at the register, same as Black Friday 2020 promo!!!!
I bought some Makita deals and DeWalt deals this week. X-lock grinder, screw gun from Makita. Jig saw, and 850 kit I didn't need but I'll make money using it and was curious. DeWalt putting the deals out right now for sure.

Dewalt , batteries suck got two and never worked. Ryobi, batteries fit the older tools , works for me. I even have a old radio still playing.
The Huskey adjustable wrenches are worth the $12. Been using them for years at a shipyard

@VCGconstruction man I got that dewalt 6 and 4 deal and snagged the flex volt 7.25” circ saw. Excited to see how it stacks up against my m18 fuel! I snagged that dewalt atomic compact Impact too, I’m excited to bust it out and use it! I’m shocked by the size especially against my Gen 3 m18 Fuel Impact.

All my tools are M18 and M12 but I won the Dewalt Thank A Maker giveaway and so I went ahead and snagged that compact impact and sold the XR impact that came with it and grabbed the starter kit combo and 7.25” flex volt circ saw. So I’m interested to test them hands on against my M18 and M12s. You guys helped make the decision! Keep on with the TTRs, reviews and news!

THE PACKOUT is worth the price! takes me 5 min to load up in my truck vs my wood tool box to load in my truck.
The husky locking pliers are much much higher quality than before. I got a few sets theyre strong.

My only concern that I noticed, and maybe it's because I am not familiar with the platform, so pardon my ignorance...
Am I limited to using Makita cutting discs? It seems proprietary by the design. I can't use the discs that I used with Dewalt.
On a positive note, it is the easiest, most convenient angle grinder I have ever used.
Slowly making the switch from DeWalt to Milwaukee. First thing I bought was that M12 Fuel multi tool. Next up is the M18 Hammer drill/ impact combo. Maybe next year when the Gen 4 is out
Milwaukee packouts are the best just a little pricey.
As of today they definitely have the most options!
Prices seem to be inline with last year, which seems good.

@vcgconstruction Vince I agree with you about ryobi not been the top of the line tools, but for some like me that installs cabinets they have every tool I need, including nailers that have been available for years now and not everyone has them, specifically the 23ga finish nailer. And if you add the price of tools when they get stolen then you have a great value that keeps feeding you and your family

Man, I just bought a Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hackzall not but a week ago. Im gonna get that $199 fer two 5.0Amp hr starter kit with the Fuel Hackzall. Then "return" the free Hackzall under the receipt of the one I previously bought. Dude, that's 40 bucks extra for the batt kit! Heck yeah, thanks Vince!!!!!!!!

I picked up the new short dewalt impact kit with a 5ah battery/charger & bag for $199 figured it was a good deal considering there 5ah battery alone is around $150 and those new impact tool only are selling out faster then they can put em out! So keep a look out for that deal too if ya can't find or don't want a tool only...
If you buy the dcf850 kit you get the battery for free and you can return the battery if you don’t need or want it and get 97 bucks back so you get the whole kit for the price of the bare tool.

Went to HD today to buy some power tool accessories. Man do they have some excellent deals. I got a better tool deal at Lowe’s for dewalt. But HD is killing the games on the accessories. It was packed as well with dudes wanting to get some deals. Kept thinking of the live stream as I was shopping.

It's a solid kit. I bought it last April or something when they were offering the kit, two extra batteries, and the 45 piece bit set for 299 irc. Vince covered it on a Depot vid like this one.
