FINALLYYYYYYYY, lol. Thanks for bearing with us guys, you are the best ❤️
Well done Stevie.
Nice one Stevie. Always remember, if at first you don't succeed try-try again. Good for you buddy, well done. Never give up.
I've been in the transport industry for 26 years as a driver but I've heard many times that the course and test for the transport manager CPC is very difficult, well done mate!
I commented on one of your first videos where you asked us all to guess in the description and said transport manager CPC or something to that effect, simply because of #1 the business you're in with a fleet of vehicles and #2 because literally the same day I watched your video I was talking to a FLM from our office that was going to be on a 2 week CPC course. Coincidence or lucky guess? dunno?
Thanks for all the great videos, I even enjoy the holiday content lol.
At least it wasn’t community service 😅
Absolutely brilliant Stevie big fat congratulations lad 👏👏👏👏❤
Very many congratulations Stevie on passing your CPC Transport Manager Course. As a past college assessor, teaching engineering apprentices and students, I can well appreciate how difficult it would have been for you while continuing your work and video editing at D&J. Your determination, tenacity and honesty say a lot for you. Well done!
Stevie, such respect mate. I did 5 years electronic engineering, and towards end of 5th year I found out I was short of just one module to qualify. I couldn't believe it, was devastated, but l was determined not to have to do another year. So I knuckled under and with determination and with a lot of support , somehow , just somehow, I knocked out 12 weeks study in time to qualify. Please accept a hearty hard handshake son.👍👏💪😁
Way to go Stevie! Congratulations. I did a Masters Course in 18 months and know how hard this was. All the things your doing while schooling. 🎉🎉❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
A huge pat on your back Stevie!!! Well done. Must feel great. Nice to know your Dad and Mom are very proud of you. 👏
Nice fence also. Nice to see Finn.
Congratulations Stevie. I think we can all appreciate how hard that must have been while editing, working and general life. That’s a lot. 🎉
I've followed you guys from the get go and I'm old enough to be Stevie's old man.
Even though we've not met I'm a proud as a relative would be because over time I feel as if I really know and am 35:33 part of the D&J 'family'.
Well, well done Stevie!
And the support and pride Big Dave demonstrates is really wholesome to witness, and it's just generally heartwarming to see a proper decent guy like Dave as a great head of a hard working family looking to build a better future for everyone he's responsible for.
Hi Dave ,Steve and all at D&J congratulations. I know how your dad must feel. My youngest daughter has just done three years at uni doing criminology and sociology getting 1st° honours and is a family liaison at Huntingdon prison, and I’m just a plumber Big respect Brings a lump to my throat Big respect and well done. Nick.
Very well done Stevie. The business will go from strength to strength with you and Dad at the helm. D&J will grow and grow.
Congratulations Stevie!! Being a Transport Manager myself I understand what you have been through. It definitely is not easy and as you said you needed to dedicate yourself whilst learning the qualification. I was put on the 2 week intensive course for mine with the multiple Choice at the end of the 2nd week and then my Case studies exam was 4 weeks later. Thankfully I passed first time along with 1 other person on my course. I have now had my qualification for 5 years and currently work on a DIY store contract(Orange Logo) managing 37 trucks total comprising of 7.5t, 10t, 18t Hiabs and 26t Hiabs. All the best for the future!!
Well done Stevie on passing your CPC Transport Manager Course, you're like a mini Einstein 😁 to cram all that knowledge in your nogging in such a short time is remarkable 👍 well done for sticking with it and not giving up. D&J Projects onwards and upwards 🎉🎉🎉🎉🍻🍻🍻🍻
Stevie a huge congratulations on passing you transport managers qualification, I sat mind in 2001, when they first brought in the case study, and I failed the case study the first time, and I was able to just do the national CPC, so respect from me, and Dave and Bernie have every right to be proud of you.👏👍
Absolute massive respect for passing that stevie ! Wow ! To do that aswell as working hard grafting everyday then editing the videos (which is time consuming in itself) for us all to enjoy then a massive shout out to you mate !!👊👍👌
Well done to Stevie in passing the transport manager's course, you deserve the qualification! Big shout out to your family who believe in you! The D & J business goes from strength to strength!
Big CONGRATULATIONS to Stevie. I was never a good studier, readimg text books sends me to sleep. I left school early to get a job and help mum pay the rent. Well done mate.
Wow Stevie you totally rock 🙌 huge congratulations 🥳 one thing you and your dad didn't mention as a factor in just how challenging it was to gain that qualification, is that you left school a long time ago, and having to study and learn from books would have been completely alien to your brain by that point. I think it's an amazing achievement to even do the course, but passing it as well is incredible. I admire that enormously 🙇♀️
“If at first you don’t succeed………”. Persistence personified. Well done Stevie, many congratulations.
Many congratulations Stevie. I know from experience that going back to “ the books “ after being away from them is a huge task and takes immense effort to get the brain back into that way of thinking !! Fair play to you lad !! The future is bright for D&J !! 🎉🎉
Not too shabby Stevie, not too shabby at all, well done, You can see how proud your Dad is, onwards and upwards, 👍
Definitely agree
So happy for you. As hard as the coursework was it must have been harder not to talk about it for so long. I did something similar in nursing to get my baccalaureate degree from home while working full time and raising two children. When I failed an exam I was devastated. But I retook it and I grew from it. I had a great career for 29 years. You can be very proud of yourself.
Stevie, We in AMERICA are so proud of you. Your RESILIENCE is inherited from your parents work ethics. They are passing on the baton to you & you will do the same for your children & extended family. We love D & J Projects Family & the Teamwork. Keeping it in house is a smart business move. Keep the content coming. Have a wonderful week.
Huge congratulations Stevie! So much respect for all of your hard work with your course and keeping up with RUclips content. Showing that you guys at D&J will NEVER be defeated! Congratulations again xx
Congratulations Stevie very proud of you, I can see how proud your dad is Well done x
Well done Stevie! Stand proud of your accomplishment as it shows your Dad is very proud of you. Hope the confidence in passing this course will allow you to feel better if you go after more courses. Big pat on the back!!
Stevie well done mate. Really really pleased for you and D&J projects. Can see how proud your Dad is of you. Onwards and upwards 👍👍👏👏👏👏
Massive Kudos to Stevie for getting through those exams. Having completed a Degree myself (nothing related to your business) i know what commitment and hardwork is needed prior to sitting exams coupled with the stress you put on yourself under on the day of the tests. Well done Stevie!!!
Congratulations, 🎉 what a great achievement to boost the family business, well done Stevie, and Dave for keeping the family business tickling over, 🍾🍾😘💚🎉
A big no a massive well done matey ,what a great achievement for not just you but your mum and dad and the D&J family you could tell how proud he was of you. You have done a great job with doing the course , working and then editing the videos as well.

Nothing like expanding your self...took on the police academy at 40 so I do understand. My course had three books your size and a test at the end of each week...so a very big congratulations ...great achievement.
Well done Stevie lad. Good to see your dad show trust by investing in you're future and the future of the business as well, knowing he will one day leave it for you to run. What you guys are building as a whole team, the other guys too, is what sets you apart! You've made it like one big family and I can see why you are so busy because of how you come across. Quality work as always love your content. Keep up the good work team D&J 😁👌

Absolutely amazing achievement well done the love and support within the team is unbelievable, such a inspiring video thank you for sharing take care god bless 🤘
Congrats Stevie. D&J stepping it up again. 👏👏👏👏
Well done stevie, it’s amazing listening to your experience, I myself done my TM CPC at the same time as you, I passed my case study by a mile, and then failed the multiple choice 1st 40 out of 41, then second time round 40 out of 40. I can relate to how hard it is and I’m with you there I was so relieved when I had the full qualification. But when I failed the 1st multiple choice I was gutted. Anyway enough of that massive congratulations !! 🎉
Congratulations Stevie. Credit to you for sticking with it. Proud of you.🥂🍾 Carol & John Ward.
Congratulations. I have friends that have done it and it's Damn hard. He's Transport manager at a major chain of shops. Great job. Many years ago i failed my Association of British insurers {ABI) and was the only failure in a 22 person class. I passed it second time and was the only person in my class to reach the senior area manager. It's not about being able to pass tests, It's how you do the job.
WOW, Stevie, that is absolutely fabulous. What an incredible achievement. Congratulations 👏🏼 You and all the guys and gals at D&J are certainly going forward and going up. We'll done 🎉
Whirligig I think is the word you're look for hahah, but I might be wrong.
Stevie ~ a huge round of applause 👏 to you for passing your Transport Managers Course ~AWESOME.
I don’t actually know you Stevie but I’ve been a long term subscriber and yet I still feel proud of what you’ve done there. It’s no small achievement that and it also fits in perfectly with the whole D&J ethos about investing in people and bettering them and the business. Some people really are Serious!!!! 🔥 👏🏻
Absolute massive congratulations to Stevie.. proper grafter and role model. You guys are the epitomy of resilience - You Never Give Up!!!!
Well done stevie my nephew is a very clever kid. He told me how hard it was to do this course luckily he past on his first attempt but there was 10 in his class at the time and he was the only one who passed like you said you need a photographic memory to pass first time and that’s what he’s got but he said it’s the hardest thing he’s done 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I failed exams by just a few points so know how you felt. Hats off for not giving up and passing on the second attempt.
Stevie needs name plaque on door, parking space & pay rise for transport mgr.
Don't stop there Stevie, carry on doing courses. I studied at night school after working all day...never stop studying Stevie 😊

Congrats Stevie! you have to push yourself with courses, it is hard when you fail but you have to keep going. well done
75 year old here well done Steve no wonder dad proud of you
Freaking awesome Stevie! There is no way that no body couldn't be proud of you. Glad you persevered and got it done. Mom and Dad must be really proud of you.
Well done Stevie. The Transport Management CPC course exam is hugely under estimated and quite hard to pass. I live in Ireland but the the exam is essentially the same as it permits the transport manager to operate anywhere in Europe. There is a living to made as a transport manager for different or even multiple undertakings (companies) because it is so hard to pass. Funny thing is once you pass it you have it for life. I did it twenty years ago and haven't been active in the transport industry for the last fifteen years but I still am permitted to operate as a transport manager, even though many regulations may have changed or replaced. Sharp learning curve getting back on the saddle.
Brilliant Achievement Stevie, to push yourself and not give up just shows what type of man you are. You can see the pride on your dads face 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Congrats Stevie. Best wishes for the future of D&J Projects
Totally agree, massive achievement Stevie, respect!

Congrats on your certification and new job title. Hard work always pays off. That manual reminds me of ours at work. I used to write some of the chapters for our jobs and make examples each year.

Well done stevey well deserved and keep up the good work with your dad ,been watching you guys since you started the channel
Well done Stevie on the pass, as they say a pass is a pass doesn't make a difference if you get 100% or 50% you now have the pass. My dad did the international one and passed first time. He's now retired but needed it for his business & managed to get it.
Well done Stevie! When you’ve been left education a few years it’s not always going back into the classroom to learn, i prefer hands on practical learning as well.
🎉🎉Congratulations on your achievement 🎊 👏. Outstanding Stevie 👏.
Fantastic job Stevie, you should be mega proud of yourself
Congratulations Stevie on passing The CPC Transport Managers course . Well done !

Absolutely massive well done Stevie, and Dave you are one proud parent, it's just a massive achievement
Hi D and J team.....wow the secret is OUT...
I thought it was something around this but wondered why it's hadnt been updated in-between..
Coming from a business that was running 15 grabs on our contract and knowing how hard it is to pass the test ....I can only say well done mate !!
It's a lot of responsibility and needs some aptitude and brains to pass it !!! Anything to do with the O license is always a complicated affair. No more paper tachometers....many changes ....
Really impressed mate ..
Be safe, be happy , never miss a PMI 🤣🤣 well done G 🦉
Congratulations stevie , worth the wait to find out ! Good luck with the practical side of it in the future !
Well done Stevie.......you’ve made your dad very proud!👍
