I think the main audience for this would be small kids who just want a new video game toy to play with for like a week or a month. This might be enough to bring joy to some kids because thats all their parents can afford.
When I was 9 years old (2010) y wanted a play station but my parents gave me a console that looked like a play station (but it was a copy) cuz a play station was so expensive, but I just remember how happy I was playing with dad, footbal or hunting ducks hahaha, and that's what really matters, enjoy and have fun!
