you dont need c42/44 for healer or tank if you have good dps you can do both at c34 if you cant survive as tank use goldor + masks + gloomlock + cloak and hold astraea and youll be fine

sub 5 is the probelm, every run should be sub 3
Where are the waypoibts you set for the gyro spots and what timings are they
12.8, 25.6, 37.8, its better to use skytils terra timer though incase of bad arch or bad gyros
