Aiku Anyanwu I think it's because since Lucario becomes a bigger threat when he's at rage percent and since Mega Man is really good at racking up damage quickly. That can give Lucario a large advantage and he's using sheik to have a much better neutral against Lucario. Plus Kameme has beaten TSU before with sheik.
