      Then came the newzealand shooting which left me in pain cuzz i am a muslim and seeing other muslims die was very painfull and i saw that video on fb and i always ask my self like why?? There is literally no need to do things like that 😭😭😡

    I really admire the guy who’s playing a terrorist. He did a great great job and his face stuck in my brain and can’t see him as a normal person anymore hahaha

      Personally if I were an actor I couldn't do it but I applaud his ability. Terrorism is terrorism as think the actor says this well as he calls it right wing terrorism a few times. It's important for counter terrorists to know all threats but in the end they all want political change which is something one can never give into.

    I want to thank Mr. Greengrass for making this movie with the English language. There was so much of this attack that I did not know. And thank you actors for your excellent portrayals of these people. I know it could not have been easy, but it was so important for the audience to know about this.

      They could have done it in Norwegian and you would watch it with subtitles. It would seem more authentic

      @@beatrizfolque6572 yes, but my eyesight is not the best and I don't read captions that fast. Sometimes, they scroll by fast to keep up with the dialogue.

    This film was very very well done, the actors were amazing especially Anders. I hated him strongly in the movie.

      @@axelenberg5965 They all got cast a roll and he auditioned and he got cast the roll of abb, even abb needs a roll in a movie where he is a villain! I personally hate abb but saying that the only reason he got cast abb because of his looks and not his talent is EXTREMELY disgusting and disrespectful to the actor.

      @@kilipaki87oritahiti You would likely be surprised at how bad most swedes speak english considering it's "our 2nd language" and that it's "taught in school". Most people whom I meet in public can't speak more than a couple words in english. Actors actively have to research the language in general so their accent won't be there but their speech definitely will

    the reason that its in english helped me to learn about this attack.
    I am from India and I am feel for all the life's lost, and the trauma on the families and survivors.

      The_American_Whitebear _11 yep same here, it’s just so recent and I remember hearing about the bombing first and then while thinking about this bombing the news suddenly jumped to the new story that someone has been shooting around this island. Seeing the movie and remembering the whole thing so clearly hit me hard.

    I think the reasons they don’t call domestic shooters terrorists in America are that it happens so often and they’re a little bit racist. If an attack comes from outside the country it’s terror but if it comes from within it’s somehow not. A terrorist attack is a terrorist attack, no matter where the terrorists come from.

    It is similar to what happened in New Zealand. Killing people that were paraying and did not harm him at all. It is so sad. I feel so depressed after I saw the movie and I think why humans can't just have peace

    I’d recommend all you guys to see Joachim Trier’s Oslo trilogy (Reprise, Oslo 31 August, The Worst Person in the World). Anders is simply amazing in each of them.

    terrorism is any act of violence that is done for political reasons.. i.e. mentally ill or gang related violence is not terrorism...

      That is only one definition out of many. Fact is, there is no universal definition as Countries cannot agree on just one.
      NATO Definition: "The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence against individuals or property in an attempt to coerce or intimidate governments or societies to achieve political, religious or ideological objectives".
