My AMD radeon R7 350 PC runs makeup ultrafast or potato shader at the lowest profile at inconsistent 25fps😭😭😭

That's pretty good for an older graphics card. You might be able to squeeze more fps by reducing render distance and using a smaller screen resolution like 720p.

just download a bunch of optimization mods.
(embeddium, embeddium++, starlight, modernfix, nerb, better chunk loading, smooth chunk save, chunk cleanup, better fps, immediatelyfast, badoptimizations, concurrect chunk management engine aka C2ME, culless leaves, entity culling, noisium, AI improvements)
all of these are compatible with each other btw.
download iris for shaders if u use embeddium.

How can i have a shader and fresh animations at the same time if shaders need iris installation and fresh animations needs fabric?

You can use Iris as a .jar mod and place it in the Mods folder, like any other mod and load it with Fabric. That's how I do it.
