Some tips:
Do the legs the other way around (so the front leg on the left and the hand holding the staff on the right)
Make the left arm one block longer

Thank you for this awesome idea. I made it into a fountain in my medieval city build by changing a few blocks & also extended the left arm down by 1 block so it matched the blocks used on the arm holding the spear.
