Outlaw is OP. The second tap is too fast and super accurate (it will hit the same spot if you don't move). It is basically a lower cost OP at this point.

Ill be honest, the outlaw doesnt seem to be very good. Considering its more expensive than the bulldog and same price as the guardian. Its a little better at long range, has way worse short range and very bad multi kill potential compared to the bulldog and guardian.
i didn t like icebox and that made it a lil worse
