    I just wanted to say thank-you for making all of these vegan videos! Even though you have mentioned that you're not vegan, it's great to normalize the idea that non-vegans can still eat vegan food. As a vegan, I really enjoy how innovative yet easy your recipes are.

      This is something I try to tell people. I eat a lot of vegetarian and vegan food though I am neither.

      That’s so true, I really appreciate people that aren’t forcing diets upon others! It’s defiantly something I am so against, I love to have plant based meals but I would never say I’m 100% vegan and force people to be the same!
      I’m a small youtuber and I’d love some feedback on my channel if u get some spare time ❤️

    Save the water you squeeze out of the zucchini. It adds good nutrition to things like smoothies.

    Love that. I just made Kristy Turner inspired cinnamon rolls with grated zucchini added last weekend and my fam loved it! My preschooler ate 5 of them! Especially with kids, I think it is a great trick to sneak veggies in "sweet" dishes :) thanks for sharing!

    I always seem to have leftover cooked grains and look forward to using them in the last recipe... especially since our garden is now FULL of yellow, zucchini and avocado squash! Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!

      @@Simplyquinoa I had to come back and give the zucchini breakfast bars two big thumbs up after actually making them. I know I can count on you for healthy, delicious (and super simple) recipes and this one didn't disappoint. Not only did I have all the ingredients on hand, these went together fast and tasted amazing (despite omitting both the sugar and the chocolate chips). This is bookmarked and will be on regular rotation in my house. Thanks!!

    Which brand of coconut yogurt is that? It looks fluffy whereas the ones I’ve bought are more watery

    what would happened if you you didn’t squeeze all the water out of the zucchini but you don’t add as much milk?

    • @annabrewer9009
      @annabrewer9009 5 лет назад

      Slimier, probably, less creamy, more zucchini tasting. Idk try it as an experiment :)

    Could I use a regular egg instead of a flax egg? Also, for the smoothie, could I use fresh cauliflower instead of frozen?

    Would subbing quinoa flakes for quinoa flour work out? Or would you recommend just grabbing a bag of quinoa flour?

    Hey just wondering if it would’ve been possible to just use one type of flour ? Quinoa, coconut and almond flour into one recipe is kinda expensive to make 😂

    Can those pancakes be made with any flour? My aunt and uncle have 4 obese children they can't get to eat veggies but they'd never be able to afford quinoa or almond flour.

    Thank you for sharing these 3 breakfast ideas, they definitely look good.
    Also like how you can make the pancakes and then freeze them, definitely looks like they could be put into your toaster for a quick bit on the go 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

      I'm not allergic to bananas, but I have used either mashed sweet potato, or mashed winter squash (acorn, kabocha, butternut, etc). Any of these will give a similar texture and sweetness to the finished product, but will of course have a different taste (delicious!)

      @@christinelamb1167 Thank you! I get so disappointed when I see banana used in recipes and I can't have it. I love sweet potato too!

    Zucchini is a fruit correct, has seeds?

    • @Simplyquinoa
      @Simplyquinoa  5 лет назад +2

      Botanically yes they are, but culinarily they're used as vegetables. I use them as vegetables because they have no sugar.

    • @aloras405
      @aloras405 5 лет назад

      They do have seeds but they are edible and they don’t need to be removed

    'breakfast is the perfect place to stash in some veggies'...not really a sentence that has sprung to mind before :)
